2 Merry Christmas! We re so excited that you have registered for Run Run Rudolph 2018! Whether you re a life-long Lincoln County resident, or this is your first time to Brookhaven, we are thrilled to host you in the Home Seeker s Paradise! Run Run Rudolph is the final race in the 2018 Ole Brook Run Series. The inaugural year of this series has been a tremendous success and we are so thankful for everyone who has participated in these races this year! P.O. Parking: Parking is available in the North & South Railroad Park parking lots, which is on the opposite side of the railroad tracks from the Military Museum. 4 Exchange Club Park Start/Finish 10K Course Map & Information Run Run Rudolph 10K, 5K, & 1 Mile will start and finish at the Lincoln County Military Memorial Museum. (Old Train Depot) Brookhaven Tourism Council Water Station Registration & Finish Line After Party will be in the south lawn of the Military Museum. Parking is available in the North & South Railroad Park parking lots on the east side of the railroad tracks. 5 Start/Finish 5K Course Map & Information Brookhaven Tourism Council Water Station Run Run to Remember 10K, 5K, & 1 Mile will start and finish at the Lincoln County Military Memorial Museum. (Old Train Depot) Registration & Finish Line After Party will be in the south lawn of the Military Museum. Parking is available in the North & South Railroad Park parking lots on the east side of the railroad tracks. Restrooms are available inside the Military Museum and at the Chamber of Commerce. 6 Be sure to stay on course by following ALL the route signs! Please remember that the 10K race and 5K race will be happening simultaneously and the routes overlap. The course will split in 3 locations. All 3 of these locations will be clearly marked with signs indicating which direction each route should go. PLEASE pay careful attention to these signs! They will be very clearly posted! All other turns on the route will be posted with bright yellow signs with blue arrows as shown. You do NOT have to wonder if these arrows are intended for 5K or 10K. If you see one of these arrows, follow it! If you do not see a sign at an intersection, do not turn! All turns will be clearly marked. Mile marker signs will be posted as well and will indicate which route they are intended for. If you are a 5K runner and see a mile marker sign for the 10K route, don t worry...the routes are overlapped! Please do not simply follow other runners. Be responsible for yourself on the course and follow the signs and you ll easily finish the course with no problems!

7 Don t forget to bring a toy with you to Run Run Rudolph to help support our U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Toy Drive! We had tremendous success with last year s toy drive and we look forward to supporting this great cause once again this year. All toys collected will go to help less fortunate children right here in the Lincoln & Copiah county areas. Help make a difference this Christmas by donating one toy or several! We truly appreciate all of your donations!

8 The Post Race Awards ceremony will be held immediately after the 1 Mile Kids Run is complete. Everyone who completes the race will receive a customized finisher medal upon crossing the finish line. In addition, awards are given to overall male and female winners for the 10K and 5K. Age group awards are given to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners for male and female in each age group. Participants must be present in order to receive an award. No awards will be mailed. Photo from Run Run Rudolph Are refunds available if I can t make it? No. Since all race expenses have to be paid prior to the race, we are unable to offer any refunds. Can I still get my t-shirt if I am unable to make it? If someone you know is able to pick it up for you at the event we will allow them to do so. You must let us know ahead of time who will be picking it up for you. We will not mail t-shirts if you are unable to make it. Do I have to stay for the awards presentation to get my award? Yes. We will not mail awards. Will results and times be posted? Yes. Southern Race Timing will be our timer and results will be posted at Are strollers allowed? Yes strollers are welcome, but please be mindful of other runners and use caution. Are pets allowed? No. Due to safety concerns of other runners, we do not allow pets. Can I wear headphones during the race? Yes. Just be cautious and aware of other runners, and be sure you can hear instructions and are able to hear any oncoming traffic.
