1 REGULATION 1. The III WORLD SERIES POWERMAN DUATHLON FERRER HOTELS MALLORCA will be held on February 17 th 2018, in Son Bauló - Can Picafort - Mallorca, the time of departure being 9:00 h. for Classic mode and 14:30 h. for Sprint mode, the start and finish will be located at Passeig de la Marina from the residential estate of Son Bauló. 2. Open to all duathletes, federated or not, that register following the rules established in this regulation and who belong to one of the established categories. 3. The CLUB HOTELS FERRER and UNISPORT CONSULTING will be in charge of the organization of the race and also responsible for the proper execution of the trials by means of signaling and control of the race tracks. 4. The organizers warn the participants of the risks related to their participation, and commit to follow the proposal of the informed security measures, as stated in the specific section of the regulation of this competition. 5. The participants will commit themselves to respect the rules of the competition, comply with the Regulations of Competitions and acquaint themselves with the course of each segment. 6. The participant should review the courses, at least in the surroundings of the transition area, with the means of considering the proper safety measures that must be met throughout the competition (recommended speed, special precautions due to slopes or curve areas, etc ). 7. The organizers shall provide what is necessary to indicate areas where safety measures on the part of the participants are required, either in the previous briefing (see table of activities), or by posting it on the official notice board of the race. 8. The Federación Española de Triatlón (Spanish Triathlon Federation) and the Federació de Triatló de les Illes Balears (Triathlon Federation of the Balearic Islands) will be in charge and responsible for the technical control of the race. 9. The participants must comply with the cut-off times established by the organization for each segment, which will be announced on the website and in the technical meeting.

2 12. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the route and neutralize the entirety or part of a trial, if unforeseen circumstances require it to do so. 13. Two departures will be carried out, for men and for women in each of the established modalities. 14. The registration procedure can be found on the website: until the 10th of February 2018, 23:59 hours. 15. By registering in the III WORLD SERIES POWERMAN MALLORCA DUATHLON FERRER HOTELS, the participants authorize UNISPORT CONSULTING SL and FERRER HOTELS to take photographic and/or audiovisual archives for commercial purposes. The images and/or videos will be featured on the profiles that the businesses operate on different social networks, or used for marketing campaigns related to the events that UNISPORT CONSULTING SL or its linked companies (GERMATUR GESTION SL and DYNAMIC MENORCA) and FERRER HOTELS could carry out. The personal information will be included in a file property of UNISPORT CONSULTING SL. Said information will be used to satisfy the service hired by you and can be assigned to GERMATUR GESTION SL and DYNAMIC MENORCA SL for the satisfaction of the hired service and the commercial research related to said companies. 5 The Organization reserves the right to modify the registration procedure, notifying it and reporting it in advance on the website The duathletes that do not possess a federal license can obtain a one-day license by paying a fee to the operators. REGISTRATION RETURNS POLICY In case of cancelation for registration, should be sent to an info@unisportconsulting.com and the Organization will proceed as follows: Until , refund of 75% of the amount paid. Until refund of 40% of the amount paid. From , cancellations will not be accepted and the registration amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. TRANSITION AREA The Control of Material/Cheking for the Classic race will be on Saturday February 17 th between the 7:30h and the 8:30h and from 13:00 h. to 14:00 h. for the Sprint race. The access to the area of transition is only allowed for the duathletes participating in the race. TROPHIES Trophy for the first 3 runners in the General male and female, from each of the two Classic and Sprint races. Trophy for the first runner of each category by age, male and female, from each of the two Classic and Sprint races. Trophy for the first relay team in the category Classic and Sprint. AWARDS Prize money for the categories of absolute male and absolute female, of the CLASSIC category by position: 1st nd rd th th th FINAL DISPOSITION The organizers reserve the resolution, after consultation with the technical delegate of the FETRI, to act and to clarify any technical contingency that might appear during the course of tests.
