7 President s Welcome Welcome to another season of Little Athletics at Caulfield. On behalf of the committee, I would like to welcome all athletes and parents to the 2017/18 Little Athletics season. I am confident all athletes will enjoy the competition at Caulfield Little Athletics Centre (CLAC) over the summer season and improve their athletic abilities and have some fun and meet new friends. This handbook information details the activities of the Centre and the Association. Please take the time to read it carefully and don t hesitate to or approach me if you have questions. You will find contact details of committee members and contact information within this handbook and on the website. At CLAC our focus is on Family, Fun and Participation and through your association with our Centre we aim for every athlete to experience these three aspects. Our goal is to provide competition to help develop athletic skills through a structured training program and activities based programs for children of all age groups andskill levels. As a Centre, we encourage all athletes to be all they can be and work towards achieving their own personal best performances. I am positive this will be experienced through friendships made as well as byparticipating in healthy exercise and friendly competition. In addition, all U9 and over athletes can represent Caulfield LAC in Region & State events. The key difference that separates Little Athletics from other sports is the involvement of parents. In joining Caulfield, parents and athletes become members of the Centre. I strongly encourage parents to involve themselves in the many supporting roles within the Centre on competition days. Without the involvement from parents who volunteer, Caulfield LAC cannot operate effectively. To help clarify how parents can get involved, please read the expectations outlined in the Parent Agreement as well as supporting and encouraging athletes always. I hope all the athletes and families get behind the Centre and support the many activities that will be on offer during the season. Please refer to the event calendar regularly and make sure you keep informed by visiting our website and social media sites (see inside handbook for more information social media) on a regular basis. It is an excellent source of information on our Centre and in relation to activities within our Region and State. Finally, I thank you for joining Caulfield Little Athletics Centre and sincerely hope that your involvement with us will be lengthy and, enjoyable for the whole family. Regards, Russell Harper CLAC President

9 Club History Welcome to our 48 th year at Caulfield Little Aths. Caulfield Little Athletics Centre has a proud history and tradition. Our journey began on the 5th June 1969, when a motion was carried that Glenhuntly Athletics Club (seniors) take steps to start a Little Athletics Centre in Caulfield. On the 4th September 1969, a motion was carried that a sub committee be formed to organise a public meeting aimed at establishing a Little Aths Centre in Caulfield. The Sub-committee members were: Trevor Vincent, Bill Coupe, Ian Sivell, Peter Colthup, Gus Theobald, Tony Cook & D Jones. And so it all began on the 22nd November 1969 at 9.00am on the Glenhuntly Football Ground behind Caulfield Racecourse with 500 registered athletes. 48 years has seen many things change at Caulfield Little Aths since that first meet. Due to the large numbers, Caulfield Little Aths moved to the current site on the corner of North and Murrumbeena Roads, which at the time was the local football ground and tip. With the support of the City of Glen Eira Council (then City of Caulfield), a new athletic track, Duncan Mackinnon Reserve, was established. Whilst the track was under construction, competition was held at the rear of Murrumbeena Secondary College, (now a housing estate). In 1976 we moved back to Duncan Mackinnon Reserve. We moved briefly at the start of the 1994/95 season whilst the track was upgraded to its present high standard. In 2005/2006 Caulfield Little Aths entered the World Wide Web with the commencement of our website: The 2006/2007 season saw the introduction of our current uniform, and the NARS recording system. During the 2009/2010 season, we upgraded our electronic timing gates to include a wireless starting system and also added a Barcode recording system. The barcode system allows our athletes results to be uploaded instantly into our NARS recording system. In 2013/14 we switched to Result HQ for our online recording and results. The start of our 2015/16 season saw the introduction of a new finish gate system designed to communicate directly with Results HQ (our online recording and results programme). Today 47 years on, we are still going strong. At the commencement of the 2017/18 season, Caulfield Little Aths has 17 life members and 56 long service members. The qualification to be nominated for life membership is Outstanding Service to the Centre for at least eight years, including at least five years on the Centre Executive Council; or outstanding general service to the Centre for a period exceeding ten years. Long service membership is granted to all athletes who compete from U7 through to U15. LAVic Working with Children Check WWC Check The Victorian Government through the Department of Justice has introduced the Working with Children Act 2005, which has distinct implications on the conduct of Little Athletics. The WWC Check applies to adults who work with children or are engaged in volunteer roles involving children (under 18 years of age). The WWC Check applicable in Victoria is the mandatory minimum standard for a range of child related industries. The WWC Check now covers all areas of administration, officiating, coaching and overnight supervision at camps and clinics. People working or volunteering in connection with Little Athletics are now required to have their WWC Check, if they fall into one of the categories below. Region Executive Committee members Centre Executive Committee members Club Executive Committee members Coaches Officials at State and Region level (not parent helpers whose child is participating on the day) Team Managers Volunteers without children registered at the Centre Overnight Supervisors at camps/clinics/functions First Aid Personnel Volunteers at Association run activities, (not Centre events).

14 Parent Duty Caulfield Little Aths is about family, fun and fitness. To run a successful program, the centre needs the support and involvement of parents in voluntary roles. Parent volunteers ensure the success of our Centre both on and off track. This can be through assisting to measure, record and coach our children or supporting the running of the organisation or event in an off-track role. It is the obligation of all families registering at Caulfield to nominate for a duty role and complete that role on a minimum of 50% of the meets at which your children participate. There are 3 types of duty roles - Key Officials & Coordinators, Age Group Teams and Event Support. Key Officials Comprise individuals with knowledge and expertise in the running of the events or a certain event support activity. These roles are nominated for the season and people nominated perform these roles every time they are in attendance. Coverage for absences of key officials is provided from a pool of experienced spares. Event Coordinators These roles have traditionally been filled by those who understand an event, for example, field events. The nominees are expected to be able to provide on-track guidance to the athlete on how to perform the discipline and explain the specific rules of the event. Event Coordinators will also provide guidance to the Age Group Managers and Assistants to ensure they become familiar with the technical aspects of running the event. Event Coordinators are required at each meet and the nominee is expected to fulfil the role each time that they are in attendance. Coverage for absences of Event Coordinators is provided from a pool of experienced spares. Age Group Teams Made up of Age Group Managers and Assistants for each Age Group. Their role is to officiate, coordinate and supervise the athletes in the age groups on competition days (including the running of field events such as discus, long & triple jump, shot put, javelin & high jump). These roles support a fun and smooth running of the meet in conjunction with the centre s values and behaviours. Age Group Teams are nominated for the season and fulfil that role whenever in attendance. Each Age Group Team have spare assistants to cover the absence of either the Age Group Manager or Assistant. When there is more than one absence in a team, coverage is obtained from the rostered spares within Event Support. Event Support Event support roles comprise of teams that are allocated duty on a rostered basis. These roles include various off track but important roles to the running of the meet such as: running the bbq, serving in the canteen, managing first aid, assisting on theduty desk, event set up or availability as a rostered spare. Duty Requirements: It is the obligation of all families registering at Caulfield to nominate for a duty role and complete that role at a minimum of 50% of the meets in which athelete/s participates. Registration for duty is online and requires nomination for a vacant role. It is expected that there will be multiple positions created for the each duty role, dependant on the number of parents that nominate. This is to share the burden and to assist in covering for absences. The season calendar includes the duty roster enabling parents to plan duty obligations. At each meet parents are required to sign in for duty and will be given a hi-visibility vest, which must be worn. The only people that permitted inside the perimeter of the track are those wearing these vests. Failure to sign in will be recorded as a missed duty. All families with children participating in the Multi event and Centre Championships will be required to complete duty on those days as allocated. The obligations of duty can be a little daunting, but committee members and experienced coordinators will be on hand to support those new to Athletics. While duty is an obligation, it is also a differentiator

15 for the sport, is a great way to get involved in your child s athletic development and to get involved in the community. Many great friendships form through the club. Absences do happen and are expected. Parents unable to attend a meet when scheduled for duty are expected to notify the Duty Coordinator at (duty@caulfieldlittleaths.org.au) in advance so that coverage can be organised. Pack Up: Each age group will be rostered on to Pack Up once for the 2017/18 season. Parents who have a child in the rostered age group will be required to stay behind at the completion of the meet to assist with pack up. Families with multiple children participating will be required to assist with pack up for each age group rostered. Monitoring of Duty: Completion of duty will be monitored throughout the season. Failure to complete duty may result in your child/ren s results being withheld, including any subsequent awards/trophies. You will be notified if this situation is occurring.

16 The Role of the Official You may think that your role as an official at Caulfield Little Athletics is to officiate the rules of the event, but actually, your role is much more than this. Primarily, your role as an Official is to: Facilitate the opportunity for children to compete, have a go and enjoy athletics Ensure that all children are safe Help all children improve their skills Create a fun environment to which children will want to return Officiating Little Athletics is not the same as officiating other sport. It is extremely important that everybody associated with Little Athletics is very clear with this point. Children are not little adults. The differences are: The child comes first, not the rules. Be consistent, fair and objective when making decisions, giving the benefit of the doubt to the child. Be courteous when making decisions; use it as a learning experience for the child. If they have done something the wrong way, show them the right way and give them another attempt. Compliment and encourage all participants officials are role models and a way of building children s confidence. Ensure that the activity is conducted within the spirit of the game and that sportsmanship underpins all actions. Always remember that Officials at Little Athletic have a big responsibility. As a child s first foray into organised sport, a positive experience will help to set in place a lifetime of involvement. Similarly, a negative experience can severely impact on that child s involvement in any future physical activity. Officials/Centre committee have the authority to dismiss an athlete from an event for any behaviour that disrupts the running of the event, or the performance and enjoyment of other competitors.

Track redevelopment Once Duncan Mackinnon Reserve closes for redevelopment our aim is to continue the training program at Bricker Reserve, Rowans Road, Moorabbin. The Moorabbin track is being redeveloped as this handbook is finalised and will have a state of the art synthetic surface once completed (mid November). We hope to move to Moorabbin from the time DMR work begins until the end of the season. If the event that Moorabbin is unavailable a modified training program will continue on the grass oval at Duncan Mackinnon until Moorabbin is finished it is possible that we will use a combination of both. Weather Policy Heat Policy & Adverse Weather Before a training program starts In the event of adverse weather, be it too hot, too cold or too wet, a decision to proceed or cancel will be made by the Training Co-ordinator prior to training. Please do not assume because it is raining in your area, that our track is unavailable. Quite often it can be raining in your area but dry at the track. In the event of a cancellation, this will be communicated via the Facebook and Team App. During the training program The Training Co-ordinator will decide on the suspension/alteration or cancellation of a program that has commenced. Heat Policy CLAC recognises that little athletics can be a strenuous exercise and children are particularly susceptible to heat stress as their ability to regulate body heat is poorly developed compared to adults.

22 As such CLAC is committed to the health and wellbeing of all participants including volunteers and coaches and will make this a priority when considering decisions on continuation during periods of extreme weather. CLAC will utilise the guidelines as published by Sport Medicine Australia which specifies the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) index should be used to determine if a training program should be cancelled or postponed. At CLAC it is all about Family, Fun and Participation! CLAC is very proud to encourage personal best performances (PB s) by each athlete. Our major award at the end of the season is the Season PB Champion. This trophy is awarded to the athlete who has achieved the most PB s during the season. Last season we were lucky to have 2 equal PB champions achieving 42 PB s! To improve each week an athlete needs to participate in training where the coaches can assist them with technique and fitness. Our coaches are very experienced and enjoy helping each athlete to achieve their best and to have fun! Saturday is competition day we will have team managers and event co-ordinators to assist with technique on the day but the best place to improve is by attending training in a more relaxed atmosphere with experienced coaches. The more practice the better their technique and motor skills will become and the more PB s they will achieve. 25 U6 On Track Program The reasoning behind the On Track program is simple, we teach children the skills of athletics before we ask them to perform these skills in a competitive environment. On Track is a coaching program. It is based on research that has been completed on how children learn sporting skills, what children want out of their early sporting experiences and the learning capacities of children at different ages. On Track is designed so that the skills being taught at each level are aligned with learning capacities of children at that particular age. The program concentrates on teaching younger athletes fundamental motor skills of running, jumping, hopping, and throwing in a non-competitive environment. In addition, the program focuses on active learning, participation, improving, having fun and experiencing excitement by increasing activity time, fostering friendships, lowering competition mindset and increasing prospects for learning. The benefits of On Track Minimal waiting around More chances to practice All children have the opportunity to excel It s fun It s easy It satisfies It s time friendly For more information contact our U6 On Track Coordinator Mary Harper coaching@caulfieldlittleaths.org.au

26 Junior Development Squad (JDS) The Junior Development Squad (JDS) gives U12 U16 athletes an opportunity to gain new skills and improve technical competencies through participation in coaching and training sessions with some of Victoria s leading coaches. Training with other keen and enthusiastic squad members is both fun and motivational and helps develop new friendships based on an enjoyment of athletics. The emphasis on learning new athletic skills and improving existing ones is in a friendly and supportive environment. To join JDS, athletes must achieve the qualifying standard in their current age group of the season. Athletes must achieve one standard on two separate occasions or two different standards, once. This ensures that the performances show a consistency and not just a once off. The JDS information pack contains the calendar, qualifying criteria and standards. By clicking on the poster image below you will open the information pack. Once you have read the information pack and checked that you have qualified, you can register by following the link inside.

An athlete who wishes to compete at Region Track & Field must have participated in a minimum of four weeks of Centre competition prior to the closing date of entries as determined by the Association. This does NOT include Region/State Competitions (or any competition held on those days) and Centre Open Days. This criterion does not apply to relays.

34 Track care We are fortunate to have the use of an international standard facility. To keep it that way we need to observe a few basic rules: 1. Anyone using spiked shoes in competition or training must use starting blocks. If athlete s don t own blocks, the Centre will supply a set 1. Spiked shoes must have cone spikes no longer than 7mm 2. Distance running spikes must have cone spikes up to 7mm (special high jump and javelin shoes are accepted) 3. Masking tape (not chalk) is to be used to mark jump run-ups. Tape should be removed at the completion of the event 4. Care should be taken to avoid sand spilling onto the track. Any sand should be swept back into the pits at the completion of an event Electronic Timing Equipment In 1997/98 the club purchased its first electronic timing equipment which has been updated since. The timing equipment is connected from the starter s pistol to the timing device alongside the finish line. The most obvious feature you will see is the finishing gates. These house the infrared readers that signal that an athlete has crossed the finishing line and records an electronic time for the performance. Safety Only athletes and officials are allowed on the sporting arena. Spectators and non-competing athletes must remain behind the fence at all times. The Program will be stopped if this is not adhered to, as it is our Duty of Care to our athletes and spectators that safety measures are in place. If you need to cross the track please do so at the orange cones directly in front of the grand stand. At all times be aware of competing athletes on the track, or on the run-ups for the jump pits. Be safety conscious always. Emergency First Aid In case of emergency, our evacuation assembly point is The Grass Infield Area of the track. At all competition times, a qualified first aid officer will be in the first aid room, located in the pavilion. Insurance All registered athletes and volunteer helpers are insured for medical and hospital expenses, less payments received from other sources. Claim forms may be obtained from the Centre Secretary. In registering children on the Clubs Online database, parents accept the LAVic Parent/Guardian Declaration, which includes becoming a member of the Association (see page 6). Heat Policy & Adverse Weather Before a Program starts In the event of adverse weather, be it too hot, too cold or too wet, a decision to proceed or cancel will be made by the President or delegate prior to 8.00am for a Saturday program, or 5.00pm for a twilight program. Please do not assume because it is raining in your area, that our track is unavailable. Quite often it can be raining in your area but dry at the track. In the event of a cancellation, this will be communicated via the website, Facebook and Twitter. During the running of a Program The Centre President and/or Competition Director will decide on the suspension/alteration or cancellation of a Program that has commenced. Heat Policy

35 CLAC recognises that athletics can be a strenuous exercise and children are particularly susceptible to heat stress as their ability to regulate body heat is less developed than adults. CLAC is committed to the health and wellbeing of all participants including volunteers and will make this a priority when considering decisions on continuation during periods of extreme weather. CLAC will utilise the guidelines as published by Sport Medicine Australia which specifies the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) index should be used to determine if an event should be cancelled or postponed. On this basis, all running events at competition or training will be cancelled when the WBGT is 28 C or higher, and will cancel all competition and training when the WBGT is 30 C or higher. Fundraising We try to keep Fundraising to a minimum at CLAC. We are very fortunate to have fantastic sponsors on board again this year and we ask that you return their support by using and recommending their business as much as possible. If you use our sponsors, please ensure you tell them you are from Caulfield Little Aths. Our weekly fundraiser is the BBQ and all proceeds go to CLAC. We rely on sponsorship/fundraising to assist with the cost of updating equipment and assisting with the cost of trophies for the end of year.

38 Season Record End of Season Club Awards Explanation After each season, the club will host a presentation day to present end of season awards. End of season awards will be presented across several categories. To be eligible for end of season awards, an athlete must compete in 50% of the available centre programs offered since their date of registration and have returned to the track after the Christmas break. Awards will be determined by the competition sub-committee and be endorsed by the club executive according to the following criteria: Centre Record Award Awarded to all athletes who set a Centre record over the season. Centre PB Champion Awarded to the athlete (boy or girl) who achieves the greatest number of PB s during the season covering club competitions only, including club multi s and centre championships but not including region, state and ALAC events. Centre Champions Decided at the discretion of the competition sub-committee and awarded to the senior (U13+) boy and girl who has had the best season considering performances at all club, region and state events. Clubman Award Awarded to a parent or athlete for outstanding service to the centre. This award to be at the sole discretion of the club committee. Encouragement Awards Determined by each age group manager this award is for an athlete in each age group who most consistently demonstrates the club values in their performances and participation. Glenhuntly Award This award is sponsored by Glenhuntly Senior Athletics Club and is presented at the sole discretion of the committee to an older age boy and girl to encourage them to continue to senior athletics. Under 6 On Track Participation Award - All Under 6 athletes who participate in the On Track program will receive a trophy recording their participation in the season. Age Group Champion and Event Category Awards - The Age Group Champion and Age Group Event Category Champion Awards are determined on an accumulated point basis across the regular season (excluding club multis and club championships). How the points system works... Each athlete s top 3 results per event are used to calculate their individual ranking per age group per event. Where an athlete has not competed three times in an event then the number of times they have competed is used for the average. Points are awarded to athletes according to their ranking per event within their age group according to the following table. 1st place = 100 points 11th place = 50 points 2nd place = 95 points 12th place = 45 points 3rd place = 90 points 13th place = 40 points 4th place = 85 points 14th place = 35 points 5th place = 80 points 15th place = 30 points 6th place = 75 points 16th place = 25 points 7th place = 70 points 17th place = 20 points 8th place = 65 points 18th place = 15 points 9th place = 60 points 19th place = 10 points 10th place = 55 points 20th - 50 th = 5 points Points per athlete are then added up per event category (Jumps, Throws, Sprints, Hurdles, Middle Distance and Walks) according to the following table.

39 Walks Sprints Middle Distance Hurdles Jumps Throws 700m- 1500m 70m 100m 200m 400m 800m 1500m m H 200m H LJ TJ HJ Discus Shot Put Javelin U7 x x X x x x x x U8 x x X x x x x x x x U9 x x X x x x x x x x x x U10 x x X x x x x x x x x x x U11 x x X x x x x x x x x x x x U12 x x X x x x x x x x x x x x U13 x X x x x x x x x x x x x x U14 x X x x x x x x x x x x x x U15 x X x x x x x x x x x x x x U16 x X x x x x x x x x x x x x Ranking points are totalled per event category to calculate the event category winners per age group. Event category awards are provided to the first two placegetters in each event category per age group. To calculate the age group champion, points are totalled across all events for each athlete. Additional bonus points for participation are added to this total at the rate of 10 points for each of the first 3 times that an athlete has competed in each event. Event points and bonus points are combined to determine the age group champion. Age Group Champion Awards are given for the first, second and third placegetters in each age group. 47 Cross Country Competition Each year as the summer Track and Field season comes to an end, a dedicated group of Caulfield Athletes get together with children from Oakleigh, Moorabbin, Mentone, Brighton, Springvale and Sandringham Centres to run the Cross Country season under the banner of Bayside Cross Country. The competition is held on Saturday mornings during the winter months at various locations and our home ground is Bald Hill Park in Clarinda. Regional and State events are also run for the cross-country season except for the U6 age group who are unable to participate at State level. Athletes in the U7 & U8 age groups may run at State however the event is deemed a non championship event. Cross-country is a great way to stay fit over the winter months and complements other winter sports such as football, netball and soccer, so come along next season and get involved. Information about the 2017 cross-country season will be provided towards the end of the Summer Track & Field season.

53 Centre Records The following pages provide a listing of all current centre records at the conclusion of the most recent summer season. Track records set prior to the introduction of electronic timing equipment and records for events no longer part of the program have been archived and can be viewed on the website. Whilst care has been taken to ensure all details are correct and up to date, if we have made an error, we apologise. If you believe you have set a new record or an error has been recorded, please secretary@caulfieldlittleaths.org.au with the details and errors will rectified for the following year s handbook. Performances recorded at regular Centre Competition, and Region, State, or Australian Team Championships are recognised. Cross Country best performances are recognised at regular competition day, Region/State Championships or at Open Days that are electronically timed. Track All electronic times, regardless of placing, qualify as a potential record. Electronic times are those that are electronically started and finished. With hand timing, 3 official watches must be used to verify a potential record. Both manual and electronic times will be recognised as Centre records. Track records, for less than 400 metres, will be allowed when there is strong wind assistance. The Centre Competition Director, in consultation with the Chief of Officials and the President, will decide on wind assistance. Field The parent of an athlete may not measure field event records. On Centre competition days, field event records must be checked & signed by two members of the Centre Executive before the measuring spike is removed or high jump height altered. Wind assistance does NOT factor in the recording of any field Centre Record.

58 Other Venue Records as at 1 st September 2017 These records are achieved by Caulfield Athletes at any venue other than Duncan Mackinnon. These are generally Open Days at other Centres. They will not include performances at Region or State as those performances are considered in official CLAC records. Caulfield LAC has recognised other venue records since Season 2007/08 therefore performances in Season 2006/2007 are considered the benchmark. If you attend any Open Days or compete at another Little Athletics centre this season, other than at our track, and you better any of the performances listed in the handbook, just bring your result ticket to Caulfield and give it to a Centre Executive or all information to competition@caulfieldlittleaths.org.au Age Group Event Name Record Season Venue Girls U6 70m Stephanie Baker /10 Bayside 100m Charlie Newman /14 Doncaster 200m Stephanie Baker /10 Bayside 300m Charlie Newman /14 Waverley LJ Stephanie Baker 2.01m 2009/10 Bayside SP Lucy-Mae Luong 3.46m 2009/10 Waverley Discuss Charlie Newman 10.10m 2013/14 Collingwood Boys U6 50m Liam Glew /10 Chelsea 70m Liam Glew /10 Bayside 100m Liam Glew /10 Bayside 200m Liam Glew /10 Bayside 300m Liam Glew 1: /10 Waverley LJ Liam Glew 2.72m 2009/10 Bayside SP Finn Pickering 4.39m 2009/10 Coburg Discus Connor Flood 2.35m 2007/08 Coburg Girls U/7 70m Emily Sinclair /10 Waverley 100m Piper Montag /08 Knox 200m Piper Montag /08 Knox 300m Emily Sinclair 1: /10 Waverley 60mh Piper Montag /07 Seaford LJ Piper Montag 2.69m 2007/08 Knox SP Chloe Kaufman 5.25m 2011/12 Oakleigh Discus Chloe Kaufman /12 Oakleigh Boys U/7 70m Liam Glew /11 Collingwood 50m Liam Glew /11 Chelsea 100m Liam Glew /11 Collingwood 200m Liam Glew /11 Collingwood LJ Liam Glew 3.14m 2010/11 Collingwood Discus Jack Newton 17.82m 2016/17 Coburg SP Finn Pickering 5.54m 2010/11 Waverley 300m Liam Glew 1: /11 Waverley HJ Julian Tour /08 Springvale Girls U/8 70m Allegra Orso /2016 Doncaster 100m Allegra Orso /2016 Doncaster 200m Allegra Orso /2016 Doncaster 300m Isabella Harper 1: /11 Waverley 400m Bella Newman /14 Coburg 60mH Jasmine Fassoulis /09 Knox 80mH Bella Newman /14 Doncaster LJ Allegra Orso 3.28m 2015/2016 Doncaster HJ Abigail Newman 0.85m 2011/12 Collingwood SP Chloe Kaufman 5.46m 2012/13 Waverley Discus Chloe Kaufman 17.64m 2012/13 Waverley Boys U/8 60H Liam Glew /12 Knox 80H Liam Glew /12 Chelsea 70m Liam Glew /12 Werribee 100m Liam Glew /12 Werribee 200m Nicholas Rayson /07 Werribee
