1 LIBRARY LIST PLEASE NOTE:- Outward postage is paid by the DCA, with the exception that overseas borrowers pay the difference between the actual cost and that which would have been payable if the same package had been sent to an address in the UK. The Borrower pays the return postage. All publications may be borrowed for a maximum of 2 months, but I reserve the right to reduce this period should a particular item be in demand. Up to 2 books, or 10 bulletins, may be borrowed at any one time. DCA Bulletins and Contents List Back numbers of DCA Bulletins can be borrowed from the Library, and a Bulletin Contents List - updated after each new Bulletin is published - may be purchased from the Library at a cost of 5.00 plus postage per copy; free if sent by .
