Breakfast will be served each day (as offered in each respective package) at these hotels. Hotel options will be assigned on a first come, first served process following this method: 1. Properly registered means that all required information (Pre-Registration & Registration items) is filled in with all deposits made (100 Euros per person). Room Assignments Room assignments are done based on availability and the Coach of Record s Room Request. The Coach of Record will submit the room request at the time of registration. Please place all participants and non participants in rooms based on packages that they purchase through WJRF. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Chaperones and Coaches will be placed based on room requests and the ability to monitor jumpers. Attendees staying in our contracted hotel will be committed to that room.

8 Volunteers VOLUNTEER INFORMATION We need to have volunteers (judges, pushers, tabulators, runners, and event assistants) to help during our event. Volunteers allow WJRCC to keep registration costs lower. This is a great time for volunteers to get to know other members from other teams and to get a front seat during the event. All volunteers will need to be entered into the team s roster during online registration. This will include their date of birth. Coaches must nominate at least one certified WJRF judge or volunteer for every 4 competitors at that time. All WJRCC assigned judges will be notified by Monica Foster prior to the event. All judges must check in at the Volunteer check in station, located at the entrance to the PDU Arena, at the beginning of each day. On the day that an off-site participant is assigned to a volunteer position, they will receive a Volunteer Credential for the day and a lunch voucher. Any all inclusive package participants assigned to a volunteer position, will use their WJRCC credentials for entrance to the event and for lunch on the day of the assignment. In the event that an all-inclusive package volunteer misses lunch that is provided on the all inclusive package, a lunch will be provided in the Volunteer Lounge. Volunteers are expected to wear the Official WJRF judge shirt or WJRCC staff shirt with khaki pants or shorts and athletic shoes during all assigned WJRCC duties. Please list all volunteer shirt sizes during online registration. If your volunteer has an official WJRF judge shirt or WJRCC Staff shirt and will not need one provided, please note during online registration. All WJRCC Volunteers are expected to act and dress professional at all times. The Coach of Record will receive volunteer shirts during WJRCC Check in. Please notify Monica of all volunteer concerns as soon as possible at monica@worldjumprope.org. Last minute volunteer concerns will be addressed during the mandatory Coaches Meeting that will be held on July 19, 2016 from 7:00pm 9:00pm in PDU Arena. Judges All judges utilized at WJRCC must be WJRF certified. Experienced judges provide consistent and fair judging of jump rope speed and freestyle events. Judges are to report to their assigned judging areas as directed by the Tournament Director on the Judge Assignment Form. Head Judges will be in charge of all station judges for the duration of each event. Please report to your head judge prior to the start of the event to receive event expectations. All judges must judge for the duration of the event assigned. Only judges assigned for that event will be permitted to enter the competition floor. Any judge substitutions must be approved by the Tournament Director. Pushers Pushers are utilized to help manage the competitors on the competition floor during the event. Pushers verify the competitor s name and station by using the event heat sheets. This is a great way to get to know the competitors. Pushers help to check that each competitor is in compliance with uniform requirements before they enter on the competition floor. Tabulators Tabulators are utilized to help with data entry. Tabulators may enter data by hand, keyboards, or hand held devices. Tabulators may be used to check errors or organize data entry score sheets. Runners Runners are utilized to help collect data entry sheets from stations, replenish station supplies, run data entry forms from tabulators to the Computer Specialist, and/or organize entry forms at the Computer Specialist table. Event Assistants Event Assistants may help with entry pass sales, event sale items, organizing awards, setting up or organizing the competition floor, organizing registration materials and participants gifts, and/or helping with registration, competition, and camp duties. Event assistants are to report to their WJRFF Coordinators
