All tours included in a package must be completed within 14 days of starting the first tour (subject to availability). MISSING YOUR HOTEL COACH PICK-UP If you are not waiting at the pick-up point at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid. MISSING YOUR FERRY OR BOAT DEPARTURE Some tours such as the ferry to Fitzroy Island do not offer hotel coach pick-ups and require you to check-in at a fixed location such as the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal.
