4 38 ELECTRICAL WORKS ( GROUND FLOOR & FIRST FLOOR) 39 Allow lump sum to check, test / certisfy the integrity of the existing earth mat and the general eathing including bonding to Main building, Generator house and DC /Power house by a competent Electrical contractor as required L/S 1 40 Supply and install lighting protection system/test and commisioning within the premises as required. L/S 1 41 Provide and install the following electrical gadget and its accessories as required: i) Television No Allow lump sum to install, rough electrical components to include IT Data outlet, DCP Power ~clean outlet (40) etc. as required. L/S 1 Lighting fixtures and fittings 43 Allow a sum to provide lighting fitings and fixtures including Energy serving bulbs,lamp holders as shown on design for office and work areaetc. L/S 1 44 Allow sum to install cable trench to accommodate service lines including trunking system. L/S 1 Water Storage Transmission & Distribution 45 Allow sum to check/repair/ replace existing 3HP electric driven submersible pump including wiring, fittings, control swithes and other accessories complete. L/S 1 Miscellenous 46 Allow a sum to supply and install a sound proof 60KVA capacity generator complete including Automatic Transfer switch and other accessories No 1 47 Allow a sum to supply and install a sound proof 85.4KVA capacity generator complete including Automatic Transfer switch,mdb and other accessories No 1 48 Allow sum for testing and commissioning of the generator installation to the satisfaction of the Engineer including allowance for maintenance for twelve (12) months defects liability period. 5 Fence wall 49 Allow sum to rehabilitate existing fence wall to inluding replacement/repair/check razor wire and make good structural disturbed as required. L/S 1 50 Allow sum to provide and install broken bottles ro replace L/S 1 existing razor wire as required. 51 Rehabilitate and make good / functional existing water transmission piping with fittings and accessories as required L/S 1 GENERAL SITE CLEANING & DEMOBILIZATION General site cleaning 52 Clear and Clean the entire site of all debris, heap up waste material (before and during rehabilitation works) and unwanted / surplus materials within site envelope as require L/S Demobilization 54 Remove all construction and / or other equipment, as well as temporary structures from site as required.
