2 CLUB AFFILIATION BENEFITS EXPLAINED: ü FREE CLUB LISTING Affiliated clubs will be included in our club directory, and will be provided a dedicated webpage to promote faciliies, services, and any imagery. ü HOST OFFICIAL TOURNAMENTS Affiliated clubs can request official tournaments (complete BPT Request Form at the beginning of each season). ü PARTICIPATION STATS ParIcipaIon informaion is a vital tool for the development of Padel in the UK. These stats produce our annual report and provide the ammuniion required to coninually feed directly to the Government. Affiliated clubs play a key role and will be incorporated into all reports. ü FREE SETTEO LICENSE A web based plasorm designed for organising tournaments, managing a database, court bookings, rankings, membership, payments, and more. Affiliated clubs can request a complimentary PRO account. ü PLAYER MEMBERSHIP COMMISSION SCHEME Affiliated clubs will receive commission for every person that indicates their club name when registering as a BriIsh Padel member. AlternaIvely, clubs can acively register members and forward payments to BP in order to receive commissions. ü BRITISH PADEL CLUB COMMITTEE We want your club to be heard and to contribute to the development of our sport. Affiliated clubs are invited to nominate a BriIsh Padel Club CommiUee Member who will be expected to auend any communicated meeings. ü PARTNER DISCOUNTS Affiliated clubs will be able to obtain regular discounts from our official partners (when applicable) which will be communicated on a regular basis. AddiIonal discounts will be available from other sponsors.

This will be ongoing and applied for both new and existing members. The af#iliated club must be indicated when member creates account. Fees will be paid at the end of January for the previous calendar year. CLUB AFFILIATION TERMS & CONDITIONS Include British Padel AfViliation Club logo on website > Clubs must complete afviliation form/s with up to date stats on time, including any payments > Clubs/Organisers must posses a comprehension of operating a padel facility, an understanding of running tournaments (if applicable), abide by minimum safety procedures set forth by either British Padel or any of the UK Sporting Councils > Endorse British Padel memberships in order to increase overall activity and greater participation for the sport throughout the UK > British Padel does not take responsibility for any insurance matters, health and safety, nor is it obliged to assist clubs in any legal matters, or planning applications > Clubs must have their own public liability insurance in place > Club/Organiser assumes total responsibility for the operation and management of any tournaments and events in their entirety > Assure all coaching staff posses a British Padel Coaching QualiVication, personal liability insurance and injury for delivery of on court tuition > Assure all coaching staff have had a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, previously known as CRB > When hosting ofvicial tournaments the club is responsible to communicate all results to British Padel within two weeks of event completion. Draws and results should be input through our online system (Setteo) unless agreed differently.
