2 NEW IN 2019 CLUB AFFILIATION FORM By afniliating your club you are directly supporting our application to the UK Sporting Councils, whereby we aim to achieve ofnicial recognition by For this we need a minimum of 500 active player memberships, 50 afniliated clubs, and at least 150 qualinied instructors in order to achieve Ninancial stability as a governing body. Furthermore, we must boast a valid coaching pathway endorsed by all afniliated parties, and continued participation growth. Our last annual report can be downloaded from our website.

3 FOUNDING MEMBERS All members of British Padel prior to our government application will be considered as FOUNDING MEMBERS (players, coaches, clubs, patrons, and benefactors) due to their early commitment and by forming part of our minimum criteria for ofnicial recognition of the sport. 4 CLUB AFFILIATION BENEFITS EXPLAINED: ü CLUB DIRECTORY LISTING Affiliated clubs will be included in our club directory, and will be provided a dedicated webpage to promote faciliies, services, and any imagery. ü HOST OFFICIAL TOURNAMENTS All affiliated clubs can host official tournaments throughout the year, subject to minimum criteria (see BPT Request Form). ü PARTICIPATION STATS ParIcipaIon informaion is a vital tool for the development of Padel in the UK. These stats produce our annual report and provide the ammuniion required to coninually feed directly to the Government. Affiliated clubs play a key role and will be incorporated into all reports. ü PLAYER & COACH INSURANCE (new) All federated players and coaches will now receive public liability and personal injury cover as part of their BriIsh Padel membership plan. Note. Such cover for players and coaches is only valid at Bri5sh Padel Affiliated Clubs. ü BRITISH PADEL CLUB COMMITTEE We want your club to be heard and to contribute to the development of our sport. Affiliated clubs are invited to nominate a BriIsh Padel Club CommiTee Member who will be expected to atend any communicated meeings. ü PARTNER DISCOUNTS Affiliated clubs will be able to obtain regular discounts from our official partners (when applicable) which will be communicated on a regular basis. AddiIonal discounts will be available from other sponsors.
