2 Art of changing ABOUT PROJECT The main aim is to equip youth workers with coaching and NLP methods and techniques, increasing their ability of supporting the youth in their communities. This ability is improved as NLP offers flexibility, creativity and proven results in empowerment, higher self-esteem, motivation, selfawareness, and clarity of purpose among the youth. We will measure the results of the project with different instruments, the most important are the coaching logs used by participants to write important aspects of the coaching sessions and workshops they undertake between the TCs. The two mobilities are delivering two linked courses in the first one participants are developing their knowledge and skill in the application of NLP and coaching methods. These will be practiced in between the two TCs with specific tasks. The second mobility will bring a deeper understanding on how these methods can be of further help into creating activities, and working more effectively with youth groups within the community.

3 Project objectives O1. Developing practical knowledge, competences and abilities of 24 youth workers of the participating NGOs on acquiring the foundation principles of coaching & NLP in order to act and overcome any issue caused by an internal pressing inner states. O2. Exchanging good practices and insights acquired in TC1 and through the own experience of youth workers to gain further depth of their learning when working disadvantaged and fewer opportunities youth towards gaining selfcontrol, developing life skills, emotional development, awareness and clarity. O3. Improving the youth worker s skills for developing the organizational capacity of the partner NGOs by deploying the techniques and methods acquired for better supporting the purpose, mission, activity and impact of the organizations.

4 The methods Art of Changing will involve 18 youth workers in workshops, activities, reflections and evaluations held with non-formal, learning by doing and direct experience methods. The majority of tools and techniques can be used within one-to-one, group and organizational setting, and at the end of each activity, in the debriefing sessions, the group together with the trainer/facilitator will clarify how, what and where these methods can be used. 5 Participants You are 18+ years old; You are a registered inhabitant of Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Romania; You are a volunteer, youth worker (young activist, peer educator, mentor, coach, trainer); NGO staff (NGO manager or colleague, leader, office staff.) or representative of formal education; You want to improve your personal and professional competences and work on your coaching and NLP skills; You are willing to live, learn, play, inquire, reflect, experiment and explore in a multicultural group; You are ready to take part in two intensive Training programmes; You are able to work in English (medium to advanced); You are highly motivated and willing to actively participate during the both two training courses. How to apply To apply, fill in this online application form, by the 15th August. Participants will be selected by the sending organisations, in cooperation with Asociatia Copiii In Sanu Familiei( Friends Of Romanian Children). There will be 3 participants for each country.

Please check accuweather.com for more updated information about the weather. Currency in Romania is RON. Dress code: Comfortable wear, slippers or sneakers for indoor and comfortable shoes. Bring some boots/footwear for hiking. Cultural nights: each country is expected to bring some typical local drinks and food and prepare a cultural program like presentation of local tradition, etc. Meals: three meals/day and two coffee breaks will be provided. The meals will take into account all the participants dietary aspects such as allergies, intolerance and preferences. There will be vegetarian menu as well. Health and travel insurance: the participants are required by Erasmus+ program to have a Valid European health insurance and a valid travel insurance for the period of the project, including the travel dates.

9 About Avrig Avrig is a town in the Sibiu County, Romania. The town administers four villages: Bradu, Glâmboaca, Mârșa and Săcădate. It is situated in the historical region of Transylvania. It lies on the left bank of the river Olt (at the mouth of the Avrig River), close to the Făgăraș Mountains, at about 26 km (16 mi) from Sibiu on the road towards Brașov. It is the main starting point for the trekking routes in the western part of the mountains, and also on access point at a great number of chalets in the mountains: Cabana Poiana Neamțului, Cabana Bârcaciu, Cabana Ghiocelul. The most important objective in the town is the Brukenthal Summer Palace built in 1771, a baroque summer residence of baron Samuel von Brukenthal, the governor of Transylvania. 12 About Slanic Moldova Slănic Moldova is located on the eastern slope of the Eastern Carpathians (in the Nemira massif) at a height of 530 m on the valley of the Slănic stream. The city runs in a depression covered with deciduous and coniferous forests. A permanent seasonal resort with a temperate, low-melting climate with a pure air, dust-free and allergic particles, and rich in resin aerosols and negative ions. The average annual temperature is 7.4 C. The resort is famous for its springs of carbonated, bicarbonate, light sulfur, chlorate, sodium, hypertonic, hypotonic and oligomineral waters, springs discovered since In 1852 the first chemical tests were carried out and in 1877 the first spa facilities.
