16 Regulatory Framework City Code Section 4-32 (E) Sidewalks shall be constructed on both sides of all public streets Sidewalks and bicycle paths shall be located within the street right-of-way and constructed in accordance with the City of Cocoa Beach Standard Construction Details. Comply with Sidewalk Design and Location Criteria in Alternative 2.
