2 THANK YOU FOR YOUR FANTASTIC SUPPORT THIS SEASON. THERE IS STILL PLENTY OF RUGBY TO BE PLAYED, BUT ALREADY YOU HAVE HAD A HUGE IMPACT ON OUR SEASON, PARTICULARLY AT HOME. There have been many tight encounters where your vocal support helped to make the difference and given players the extra boost needed to get over the line. Through your Season Membership, always being here to support the squad come rain or shine, you play a huge part in our success on and off the pitch. We really appreciate your commitment and hopefully you can see in our performances that we always try to re-pay your backing. This is a very special season for Wasps, as we celebrate our 150th Anniversary and I know the club has some exciting events planned for our Season Members. As a squad, we have high aspirations to be the best we possibly can be and to create our own legacy, but we are also extremely proud of the club s past successes. We will never forget our roots and the ethos of the club remains one based on hard graft, where egos are left at the door and everyone is welcome, players and supporters alike. We are all in this together and we would love you to continue with us on our journey next season, when improvement is our constant goal. Our aim coming into this campaign was to become a consistent top-six side and I m delighted to see how much the players have taken that goal to heart. The challenges continue to come thick and fast and while being top of the Premiership table in February is heartening, we know nothing is won at this stage of the year. Being in the mix for a top spot come the end of the season is all that counts and that remains our ambition. We ve reached the last eight in Europe three years in a row, which shows we are also developing consistency at European Rugby s top table. Watching how our core group of young English players, nurtured here at Wasps, have gown from strength-to-strength is one of the most rewarding aspects of my coaching career to date. I remain loyal to the young players who stuck with me and this club through thick and thin and I ve built my squad around them. It s fantastic to see the international-class talents they have become. We have also been able to sprinkle a little extra stardust over the squad in the last couple of years with world class players like George Smith and Charles Piutau joining us last year and Kurtley Beale and Willie Le Roux this season. Add to that a number of home-grown talent pushing for international honours alongside our established England internationals and it s a squad packed with potential, determined to produce attacking rugby and most importantly winning rugby. We are now in a fortunate position where we have a strong squad. We are approaching my goal of having at least two quality options in each position. Continuity and consistency are key ingredients for success and we are excited to see how that can help us improve. 3 IN 1867 A CLUB WAS BORN, A CLUB THAT GREW FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS IN THE ETON AND MIDDLESEX TAVERN IN NORTH LONDON, BEFORE THE ADVENT OF THE RUGBY FOOTBALL UNION. Over the years, Wasps have been a cornerstone of English rugby, nurturing numerous international players and supplying five players that helped England win the Rugby World Cup in The club has also been famous for bringing together talented individuals from different backgrounds and countries around the world. To date, over 20 countries have had Wasps players in their international squads. Wasps are not afraid to do things differently, to pioneer new ideas and lead the way. We were the first rugby union club to utilise many tactics that are now in every day use such as squad rotation, player analysis, the blitz defence and modern strength and conditioning training. Wasps is a club with winning in our DNA, we have been crowned European Champions twice and English Champions six times, three of which were on consecutive years (2003, 2004, 2005). In 2004, Wasps achieved a remarkable double, being crowned European and English Champions in the same season. The Club has also won the Anglo-Welsh Cup and European Challenge Cup. Between 1999 and 2008, Wasps reached 10 finals and won each of them. This club has such a rich history and although we have been nomadic in the past number of decades, one thing that has never changed is the unbreakable spirit that is embodied by the players, coaches and staff who have been with the club through thick and thin. With the move to the Ricoh Arena in 2014, the club now has an even brighter future than we could have imagined. The facilities at our new home are the envy of many in the country and they are also being matched by the performances of the squad, led impressively by Joe Launchbury. Off the field, the club has laid down roots and become a permanent part of the community. With the vision and security the club now enjoys, I have no doubt that the success of the past 150 years will be surpassed in the next 150. 5 150 YEARS CALENDAR OF EVENTS AS WE ENTER INTO OUR 150TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON IN 2017/18, WE ARE DELIGHTED TO LAUNCH A SERIES OF EVENTS THAT WILL MARK THIS MILESTONE. THE EVENTS WILL RUN THROUGHOUT THE 2017/18 SEASON, PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY TO CELEBRATE OUR HISTORY AND LOOK FORWARD TO THE EXCITING FUTURE AHEAD. 150TH ANNIVERSARY GAME SEPTEMBER 2017 Wasps will play a 150th Anniversary Game in the Premiership in September The Anniversary Game will feature a Wasps Legends Parade with many famous faces returning to Wasps and being presented to the crowd on the pitch. It will be a chance to celebrate the proud history and success that the club has enjoyed over the past 150 years. 150TH ANNIVERSARY DALLAGLIO FOUNDATION CYCLE SEPTEMBER 2017 As part of the 150th Anniversary Game, we are delighted to launch the 150th Anniversary Cycle in conjunction with the Dallaglio Foundation. The two-day cycle will start at Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby and the RFU, as it sets out on the journey to the Ricoh Arena for the 150th Anniversary Game and a lap of the pitch ahead of kick-off. The 150th Anniversary Cycle will be a unique opportunity to ride alongside Lawrence Dallaglio and other Wasps legends, while raising money for the Dallaglio Foundation s great objective of working with underprivileged and disengaged youths. The money raised from the 150th Anniversary Cycle will go directly to providing a life enhancing service for young people in the West Midlands. 150TH ANNIVERSARY CHRISTMAS GAME DECEMBER 2017 Our 150th Anniversary Christmas Game will provide an opportunity to shine a light on the inspiring Community projects Wasps are involved in around the West Midlands. Zoe s Place Baby Hospice are the nominated charity for this game where we will also say a big thank-you to 150 of our affiliated clubs, schools and partners from the wider West Midlands community. The matchday will also feature a festive Wasps Nest Fan Village with lots of exciting activities and memories celebrating 150 years. AN AUDIENCE WITH WASPS FEBRUARY / MARCH 2018 In February/March 2018, we will host an exclusive Season Member only Audience With Wasps. The event will be hosted in the Ericsson Exhibition Hall away from a matchday. It will feature a panel of Wasps greats from the decades gone by, on stage talking about the iconic matches and moments from our proud 150 year history. There will be a interactive Q&A session so suppoters new and old can celebrate the successes that the club has achieved to date. This event will be free to attend and exclusively for Season Members. 150TH ANNIVERSARY STINGER APRIL 2018 The Stinger will return in April 2018 and celebrate the many teams Wasps has enjoyed playing though the years. We will be joined by a representative from 150 clubs that Wasps has faced in the past and present. SSAFA - the Armed Forces Charity, will be the nominated charity and this fixture will be an opportunity to honour and remember the sacrifice made by so many Wasps members who fought in conflicts over the decades, as well as to show our respect to Service Personnel who continue to protect us today. The Armed Forces theme will be brought to life by a display of military vehicles and equipment in the Wasps Nest Fan Village as well as some in-stadium displays. 150TH ANNIVERSARY END OF SEASON AWARDS MAY 2018 The 150th Anniversary End Of Season Awards will be a special occasion in the history of the club. Not only will it celebrate the achievements of the Wasps squad in the 2017/18 season. The event will be hosted at the Ricoh Arena and 2017/18 Season Members will have an exclusive priority rate to enjoy this gala evening.

6 150 YEARS COMMEMORATIVE BOOK WASPS AND AWARD-WINNING PUBLISHERS VISION SPORTS PUBLISHING ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THE FORTHCOMING PUBLICATION OF THIS PRESTIGIOUS COFFEE TABLE BOOK TO MARK THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CLUB. Lavishly produced with a wealth of unearthed pictures and memorabilia, this is a fitting tribute to the past, present and future of this wonderful rugby club. Two editions of the book are available: SUPPORTERS EDITION A full colour, hardback, 240 page coffee-table book COLLECTORS EDITION As with the Supporters Edition but with a unique numbered page signed by club legend, Lawrence Dallaglio. This edition also comes in a protective cloth covered slipcase 2017/18 Season Members can purchase the book as an add-on to your Membership Package. The Supporters edition is priced at 25 while the Collectors edition is priced at 50. Members who pre-order the book in the priority or Earlybird window will also have their name printed in the book s roll of honour for the 150th Anniversary. 17 WANT TO KNOW MORE? FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS I am a current Season Ticket Holder. When can I renew? As a 2016/17 Champions, and Gold Member, you can renew your 2017/18 Wasps Season Membership package between Sunday 26th February and Sunday 9th April. Within this period, existing members will also be eligible for additional earlybird discounts as outlined in this brochure. What happens if I don t renew during that period? All seats that have not been renewed by Sunday 9th April will be made available for re-sale to supporters who have registered their interest in Season Membership and general sale. You will still be able to renew your membership but your existing seat cannot be guaranteed. You will also lose access to the additional Earlybird benefits. What price concessions are available to me to purchase a Season Membership? 2017/18 Wasps Season Memberships are available at the following age ranges (as of August 31st 2017): Adults Aged 22 to 59 Seniors Aged 60+ Youths Aged 17 to 21 Juniors Aged 10 to 16 Under 10s Aged 0 to 9 * Please note that from the 2018/19 season, Seniors will be anyone aged 65+. The Earlybird Window closes at midnight on Sunday 9th April. I am a current Season Member but want to relocate. What are my options? If you want to move from your current seat, you can relocate to any seat in the stadium that is not already occupied, at any stage during the renewals period. To relocate, simply contact the Wasps Ticket Office on or call in to the office in person. I would like access to a Lounge with my Season Membership, what options are available? Season Members have the option to upgrade their package to include season-long access to The Clubhouse. Members can upgrade for just 60 ( 50 when using 1,000 Buzz Points). I currently have a Season Membership in the East Stand and find the walk to The Clubhouse is too far. What can I do? We do appreciate that it is difficult for supporters who sit in the East Stand to fully utilise The Clubhouse, particularly as it is up to a 10 minute walk from some seats to The Clubhouse on a matchday. For any supporter who would like to purchase a Season Membership in the East Stand as well as season access to The Clubhouse, we would ask you to bear this walk in mind when you purchase. However, you also have the opportunity to relocate your seat to the West Stand if you wish to do so. I am a current Season Member and want to buy an extra seat for my child. Do I have to wait? As a current Season Member, you can buy additional seats at any time. Please note that the location of any additional seats will be subject to availability. I would like to buy Season Memberships for my children this season. Is there any restriction as to where they may sit? The Ricoh Arena is a family-friendly venue and, as such, children can hold a Season Membership in any category of the stadium. Although there is a nominal fee for Under 10s located in some areas of the stadium, over 70% of the ground is available to under 10s free of charge. I d like to spread the cost of my Season Membership. Can I do this? Wasps 2017/18 Season Memberships are also available to purchase using V12 Finance. You can spread costs across either 5 or 10 months and apply online, over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office. You must be at least 18 years or older at the date of your application. In choosing our finance option, you are also agreeing to enrol for 12-month automatic renewal for the 2018/19 season. I am 59 years old now but I will be 60 years old in August. Am I entitled to an over 60s concession? Yes, you will qualify for an over 60s concession for the 2017/18 season. The age brackets are based upon your age on 31st August 2017 and not the date you buy your 2017/18 Wasps Season Membership. Please note that from the 2018/19 season, Seniors will be anyone aged 65+. Anyone who is under 65 but holds a 2017/18 Season Membership will continue to qualify for the Senior rate. I am 21 years old now and will be renewing my Season Membership in April. However, I am 22 in July. Am I entitled to renew my Youth concession? Unfortunately, you would now have to pay the adult rate for your Season Membership this season. As per above, the age brackets are based upon your age on 31st August 2017, and not the date you buy your 2017/18 Wasps Season Membership. What options are available due to my accessibility requirements? The Ricoh Arena is an accessible stadium which caters for all wheelchair or ambulant disabled supporters. Any supporter that may require wheelchair access or an ambulant disabled Season Memberships should contact the club directly on or visit the Wasps Ticket Office. I am a 2016/17 Season Member, will I receive a new Season Membership card this year? Yes, all 2017/18 Season Members will receive a special edition 150th Anniversary Season Membership Card. I am a current Black & Gold / Ambassadors Member, but wish to upgrade to a Season Membership package this season. Will I receive a new card? Yes, you will receive a new Membership card preloaded with your new Season Membership package. When will I receive my membership card? New Season Membership cards will be sent in the post from mid July onwards. #OnceAWasp I am purchasing a Season Membership for my 14-year old son. Do I need to show any documentation to prove his age? Yes - all concessionary priced memberships will require Proof of Age. This may be a copy of your birth certificate, passport, drivers licence or National Identity Card. This applies to Under 10s, Junior, Youth and Senior Season Memberships only. Can I still get a coach from West London / Buckinghamshire to the Ricoh Arena next season? Yes, coaches will again run from High Wycombe, Maidenhead and Hillingdon Tube Station next season. Members may upgrade their package to include season-long coach travel from one of these locations. For a full list of prices, please see page 6. What is The Clubhouse? The Clubhouse, is the dedicated Season Members lounge at the Ricoh Arena. The Clubhouse features an array of Wasps photographs, shirts and memorabilia from Wasps history. There is also a large bar with over 20 large screen TVs, friendly bar staff and comfortable seating area making it the perfect place to enjoy a pre or post-match drink and soak up the atmosphere of matchday. Members can upgrade their package to include season-long access to The Clubhouse for just 60 (Or 50 using 1,000 Buzz Points). What can I use my Wasps Buzz Points for? You can use your Wasps Buzz Points as credit against additional match tickets, matchday Clubhouse passes, merchandise in the Wasps Club Store and other selected events at the Ricoh Arena. You can also use your Wasps Buzz Points at third party attractions such as Warwick Castle, Sea Life Birmingham and Warwick Racecourse. For more information visit buzzpoints. wasps.co.uk. A maximum of 2,000 Wasps Buzz Points can can be redeemed against the price of a Season Membership. These can only be used in the Earlybird window and must be in multiples of 1,000. Season Memberships will receive a flat rate of 1000 Wasps Buzz Points (500 after Earlybird window). The price paid for your Season membership is not applicable. 18 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. In these terms and conditions: the Club means Wasps Holdings Limited (company number ); the Stadium means the Ricoh Arena where Wasps play their home matches; the Membership means any Season Membership purchased; and the Website means the Club s website at www. wasps.co.uk. 2. The ground regulations issued from time to time by the Club (the Ground Regulations ), which are available on the Website and which can also be obtained upon request from the Club, shall be incorporated in, and form part of, these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions, together with the Ground Regulations, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and shall supersede any prior agreements, representations or understanding between the parties, whether written or oral. 3. The membership provided entitles the Membership holder ( the Member ) to admission to the designated part of the Stadium on match days and the right to sit in the designated seat as shown on the Membership card, for the number of games as designated by the Membership, at any home fixtures undertaken by the Club s first team in the competition currently known as the Aviva Premiership, home pool games in a European Knock-out Competition and the Anglo-Welsh Cup during the 2017/18 season (together the Fixtures ). Other fixtures included in this Membership are included at the discretion of the Club and will be advertised thereon in. 4. The Membership is issued subject to, and all Fixtures will be played in accordance with, the rules and regulations of the Rugby Football Union, the Aviva Premiership and all other relevant competitions in which the Club is entered. 5. All Fixtures are subject to change and the Club accepts no liability should a match be postponed or kick off time be changed for whatever reason. All Memberships are for Wasps matches regardless of where they are played. Members are solely responsible for keeping abreast of Fixture changes and updates. Membership will remain valid for a rescheduled Fixture. 6. Members are not entitled to automatic entry to Club games held at the Stadium other than the Fixtures. At the sole discretion of the Club, Members will be given an exclusive period to purchase their designated seat for these additional matches. 7. All Memberships are subject to availability. Membership prices include VAT. A 3.00 booking fee applies to all Memberships. This #OnceAWasp is a ticket fulfilment fee which covers, but is not limited to, administrative costs and transaction fees. 8. In order to qualify for concessionary Memberships in the categories identified on the Website; an Under 10 must be 9 and under on 31st August 2017; a Junior/Youth/ Young Adult must be aged 10 to 21on the 1 August 2017; Adults must be aged 22 to 59 or under and Seniors must be aged 60 or over on 31st August In the event of a Membership card being lost or stolen, the Member shall inform the Club immediately. A replacement Membership card (if requested) will be provided by the Club (at its absolute discretion) at a cost of 8.50 (inclusive of postage and packaging). Where a Membership card is forgotten upon attending the Stadium for a Fixture, the Club may issue a replacement match ticket at the absolute discretion of the Club s Head of Ticketing Sales or Ticket Office Manager. Save in such circumstances, the Club shall not issue any duplicate Membership cards or match day tickets and no refunds will be given by the Club in any circumstances. 10. Refunds will only be given at the absolute discretion of the Club. 11. Memberships shall remain the property of the Club at all times and, subject to clause 12 below, may not be re-sold or loaned for value by Members unless permission from the Club has been granted. 12. Memberships may be used by family and friends ( Guests ) of the Member who shall at all times be responsible for the behaviour of their Guests. Any breach of these terms and conditions by such Guests will be treated as a breach by the Member who shall be liable to the sanctions referred to herein and/or in the Ground Regulations, including without limit any damage or injury caused to property or third parties respectively. 13. In the event that the Membership is used by a Guest falling within a lesser value ticket category (by virtue of their age) than the Member, neither that person nor the Member shall be entitled to any rebate in respect of such usage. In the event that the Membership is used by a Guest falling within a greater value ticket category than the Member, that person must present the Membership card and pay the difference in value to the Club. 14. In the event of any construction, development, maintenance or other works being required to, or unforeseen circumstances or incidence of force affecting any part of, the Stadium, or in the interests of safety of all supporters within the Stadium, the Club reserves the right to require any Member or Guest holding a Membership in the affected part of the Stadium to vacate their designated seat. In this eventuality the Club will use reasonable endeavours to provide the Member with a seat of equivalent or higher value in another part of the Stadium. However, the Club accepts no liability by reason of the circumstances described in this clause 14 in the event that a Member or Guest is precluded from admission to the designated part of the Stadium or the designated seat shown on the Membership card, or if another seat is found for the Member of lesser value than the designated seat shown on the Membership card. 15. The Club may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or cancel the Membership (and all associated benefits) in the event of the Member or their Guest being ejected or banned from the Stadium or any other sports ground anywhere in the world, breaching any of the Ground Regulations or any other of these terms and conditions, or in the event of any abusive, dangerous or other unacceptable behaviour by the Member or a Guest of the Member. 16. The granting by the Club of any time or indulgence in respect of any breach of any part of these terms and conditions by the Member shall not be deemed a waiver of such breach and the waiver by the Club of any breach of any part of these terms and conditions by the Member shall not prevent the subsequent enforcement of that part nor be deemed a waiver of any breach by the Club. 17. The Club reserves the right to refuse any application for a Membership at its absolute discretion. Should any part of these terms and conditions be considered void or voidable under any applicable law, then such terms shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the remainder of these terms and conditions valid or enforceable 18. The Club reserves the right to make changes to any of these terms and conditions (including, without limit, the Ground Regulations). Any such changes will be notified to Members through the Website and in the match day programme. 19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England with regard to any claims relating to or in connection with these terms and conditions. 20. All concessionary priced memberships will require Proof of Age. This may be a copy of your birth certificate, passport, drivers licence or National Identity Card. This applies to Under 10s, Junior, Youth and Senior Season Memberships only. 21. You must be at least 18 years or older at the date of your V12 application for choose the 5-or-10 month Finance Option. In choosing our finance option, you are also agreeing to enrol for 12-month automatic renewal for the 2018/19 season. 22.
