2 Welcome to the 2013 SEASON As players, 2013 is a new beginning and a chance to put last season behind us. The journey has begun and every week between now and the start of next season is a week of preparation, another week to make a difference. It s a privilege to represent my state and my country. I m proud to say that every game I ve ever played has been in sky blue or gold, and I know many of our members and fans are as passionate about the team as we are. On the pitch, we promise to represent you to the best of our ability. When we run out at home and hear your support and see the colour around the stadium, we feel a responsibility to you.. The 2013 season brings the opportunity to be part of The British & Irish Lions Tour, a once in a lifetime experience for both players and fans. It s our stadium and our home game and we want to show The Lions a sea of blue. We need our members and supporters to help us make our home advantage count. Off the field, we ve started something this year that is really important to us and in 2013 we re committed to making our community program even bigger.
