1 Breakout - Players in our Defensive zone break out of the box; Attack drops into our offensive box o Red players represent long poles / Goalies; Blue players represent shot poles o Defense: The (2) low defenders banana cut and stay even with the goalie; the other defender breaks to the end of the face off restraining line on the substitution box side o Middies: the Long Stick Midfielder (LSM) breaks the side position located at the end of the faceoff restraining line away from the substitution box. A Short Stick Midfielder breaks to the midfield (mid position) and the other breaks to the top of the box (top position) o Attack: The top man breaks to the mid line in a C-cut, the two low attack C-cut to the front of the crease
