Cars must be maintained in a safe condition at all times and it is the owner s responsibility alone to ensure this. The owner must correctly complete and carry the log book when the car is used. Invoices for printing newsletters 3. Flyers to Colac in Feb Flyers for Deniliquin Ute Muster. 5. Federation letter re Bendigo Swap Meet with form for list of volunteers for this years meet on the 13 th, 14 th and 15 th November. 6. Letter from Malmsbury Fire Brigade re Boys Day Out Show and Shine to be held on the 5 th September They are looking for attendees and to raise money for a new tanker. 7. Reply from Vic Road with full list of vehicles registered to KVAS. Correspondence Out 1. Letter to Australia Post providing updated details as requested. 2. Letter to Vic Roads requesting vehicles registered to KVAS 3. Letter to Vic Roads re three vehicles (2 members) not recognized by club records. Had AGM 8 th August full list of runs in news letter with details of Marong, Golden Oldies tour. Had meeting with AOMC and Vic Roads and talks are under way to look at extending vehicle age for Red Plate Scheme. Committees Tractors Kyneton Tractor Trek to be held on the 10 th October this year. Numbers needed as tour is to be conducted through Lauriston Reservoir wall. Two course lunch also organised at Malmsbury at a cost of $22.50 All vehicles welcome. Please advise Graeme. Trucks Alice Springs. Activity Report - Christmas in July had 25 attend. Great day with lovely meal. Thanks to Rhonda for organizing and to John and Margaret for opening their shed and displaying their vehicles. General Business - Any member that would like a Kyneton Vehicle Appreciation car or lapel badge to see Lorraine, - Small badge $5, large badge $ Membership renewal please pay ASAP for red plate members - Donation given to Stuart Bonnington for the Gisborne Rotary fund raising event for prevention of Suicide. Stuart spoke of attractions for events and please if members interested a $10 per vehicle entry charge. - Paul Beranger & Leo Pruneau to attend and speak at October meeting. - Colin Smith won Best Car on Track at Winton weekend with his restored HQ. - Aero club will be turning 50 in 2016 and event starting to be organised and suggestion that car club may wish to make a display. November th -15 th Bendigo swap meet. 20 th -21 st Kyneton Show. December th Sun Gisborne Motor bike and car show. This is a Rotary event to raise money for suicide prevention in the Macedon Ranges area. $10 per car or discount for groups. CALENDAR OF COMING EVENTS Our own Club Tractor Trek; -10 th October Meet at the KVAS Club car park (VDO Building) at There will be a morning tea before you take off.
