Wording of print MINIMUM ORDER - A minimum order charge of $20.00 will apply with the exception of stock items. DIES AND LOGOS - Stock logos are available at no additional charge. ACKNOWLEDGMENT - Upon receipt of an order, an acknowledgment will be sent to you. Please check all details of the acknowledgment for accuracy. If it is incorrect in anyway, please phone or our office immediately. CANCELLATIONS OR ADDITIONS TO ORDERS Cancellations, changes of copy or additions will only be accepted if the order has not been printed or if production has not begun. Additions or changes up until that point will be billed at $2.50 each. PRODUCTION TIME - From March to October normal production averages 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. During the remainder of the year, production time is usually fewer than 10 working days plus shipping time. RUSH ORDERS - A rush charge of $15 (10% for orders over $150) will be applied to any order that must be shipped in less than 5 working days. The day after receipt of the order will count as day 1. PRICING -All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Prices in this catalog DO NOT include the cost of postage and handling, which will be added at the time of shipping. TERMS - All first time orders must be prepaid by check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Open account status may be established with approved credit. All invoices must be paid within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Customers who do not comply with these terms will be required to prepay for future orders. SHIPPING - All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Postal Service (USPS). Please specify which carrier you prefer when ordering. UPS requires a street address. Normal UPS delivery times are shown at the bottom of this page. Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air service is available from UPS for an additional charge. CHECKING ORDERS - Upon receipt of your order, please take the time to check it immediately for accuracy. Although we make every effort to avoid errors, they can occur and early identification of the problem is important. RETURNS - Proper authorization from our office must be obtained before returning merchandise regardless of the reason for the return.
