Applica*on forms must be completed and submiued as soon as possible. Each Member will receive a house account (with a secured credit card) that will be billed on a bi-monthly basis. All charges will be automa*cally charged to the credit card on the 14th and 28th of each month. All food and beverage charges will reflect a gratuity of 15%. Members must sign an applica*on form allowing The Port Colborne Country Club to process charges to their secured card. It is the responsibility of all Members to reserve their tee *mes. Non weather related tee *mes must be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to play. In the event the cancella*on policy has not been adhered to, the Member will be charged the appropriate green fee for the number of players that did not show. D4177 C6:1 Proper golf azre is required at all *mes. No jeans, short shorts, sweat pants, cut-offs, tank tops, t-shirts or team jerseys. Proper footwear must be worn on the course. SoQ spikes are mandatory. Any dress code ambigui*es will be leq to the discre*on of the Pro Shop. Non-compliance with the dress code will prohibit play on the course Membership Package 4

C622=<<11 The management of The Port Colborne Country Club will conduct all Member related events to ensure that the quality is consistent with the image of the Club. The Port Colborne Country Club may decide to form an advisory commiuee comprised of Members for the purpose of consul*ng and assis*ng with the execu*on of select Member events. G/17< F117 Members are encouraged to bring guests and there is no limit to the number of guests that can be introduced at one *me (within reason and with approval of the Pro Shop). Member guests will be offered a preferred rate depending on the *me of play. Before star*ng play, all Members and guests must register with the Pro Shop. Member guests are en*- tled to the same privileges as the Member. Monthly house account charges will be automa*cally billed to the below credit card **) Credit Card Expiry Date Rules and Regulations 1.1 Membership in PCCC provides a Member with the right to use the Club's facility in accordance with the Membership Plan and By-law and the Rules and Regulations established for the Club. It does not provide a Member with any ownership or equitable interest in the Club or the facility or other assets owned by the Club. Each Member agrees as a condition of Membership to be bound by the terms of the Membership Plan and By-law and the Rules and Regulations of the Club. 1.2 Members of PCCC cannot combine their membership with any other promotions, packages or initiatives that the Club from time to time may create to fill off peak times. We feel that the benefits of being a member of PCCC, including the service we provide, the quality of course, and its conditioning make this one of the premier memberships in the Niagara Region. 1.3 Membership allows the Member to use the Club's facilities available to that category of Membership upon payment of applicable dues and fees and pursuant to and in accordance with the Membership Plan and By-law and the Rules and Regulations of the Club. Acceptance as a Member does not entitle the Member to, or confer upon the Member, any investment, proprietary, ownership or equitable interest in or to the Club. Membership in the Club does not confer upon the Member any vested or prescriptive right, license, lease, or easement in PCCC has the sole and absolute right and discretion to operate, maintain, repair, modify, expand, sell, dispose, lease, license or otherwise deal with its operation and its facility. 1.4 PCCC shall use all reasonable efforts to have the Club's golf course available to Playing Members during the golfing season. The closure of all or any portion of the Club for repair, maintenance, improvement, corporate events or expansion and the use of all or any portion of the Club for the purpose of private functions, corporate events or otherwise, shall be permitted at the sole discretion of the Club, acting reasonable, and the Members shall have no right to reduce or suspend accounts payable to the Club with respect to any time when the Club, in whole or in part, is not available. The Club shall have sole discretion, right and obligation to carry out all such actions as are considered to be necessary or desirable to maintain the Club. The discretion provided for hereunder shall extend to and include the discretion to amend, vary, increase, decrease and otherwise deal with the fees, dues and accounts to be paid hereunder, the modification, closure or expansion of any aspect of the Club, the provision of services to the Members and the structure of Membership. 1.5 The Club shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, to accept or reject any application for Membership. The Club shall not be required to provide reasons for its decision to accept or reject an application for Membership. The Club may establish such order of priorities for consideration and acceptance of applications as it determines to be appropriate.
