Everyone enjoyed the chance to relax while developing and strengthening relationships within the industry. 2 Page 2 WELCOME RECEPTION During the Sunday afternoon Welcome Reception, Tom Cole, Chairman; Ruth Lemmon, President; and D. R. Mock of United Bank welcomed the WVATDA members and guests the event. The welcome reception was held in the beautiful Crystal Room. Guest enjoyed cocktails and canapés while renewing old friendship and making new friends. Exhibitors were ready to greet guest, and their displays were open for business.

3 Page 3 Business Meetings The morning business meetings were held in the Crystal Room with large groups of eager listeners. Monday business meeting had an incredible speaker lineup, beginning with The Honorable Shelly Capito, US Senator; Bill Fox, NADA Chairman; and Chris Stirewalt, Fox News. Exhibitors This year we had 9 exhibitors displaying their products and answering questions. Guest were encouraged visit the exhibits during the Welcome Reception and business meeting. Each exhibit had a grand prize drawing that took place during the Tuesday morning meeting. Thank you exhibitors for your participation and support!!. Tuesday morning speakers was no less amazing, starting off with WV Lieutenant Governor Bill Cole, Senate President; Johnnie Brown of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown and Poe and Michael Volkman and Dave Wadsworth of Wadsworth and Associates. 4 Page 4 Golf Outing After the business on Monday afternoon many of our guests took part in the annual golf scramble on the Greenbrier Course. ALL WVATDA GOLF REGISTRATION FEES AND MULLIGAN S COLLECTED GOES TOWARD THE TOURNAMENT WINNINGS AND A WVCAR DONATION. 5 Page 5 Croquet Tournament Also, on Monday afternoon, for those that golf clubs are not their cup of tea took to the croquet mallet;, served up with lemonade and mimosa. 1 St Place Winner Lee-Anne Greene Ever Pauley 2 nd Place Winner Vicki Smith Sandy Green Congrats to the winners!!! Sporting Clay Tournament Tuesday afternoon, the sporting clay tournament was almost as capacity with nearly 30 members participating in the first time convention event. The participants meet at the front entrance of the hotel to catch the Greenbrier shuttle for a ride to the shooting range. The participants ranged from 16 to 50+ in age and from beginners to seasoned gunmen; no matter the difference, everyone enjoy the event and can t wait to participate again next year. 1 st Place Matt Knost

6 Page 6 Chairman s Dinner and Reception As the convention came to an end, members were treated to the Chairman Dinner and Reception in the Chesapeake Hal honoring Tom Cole and his family. Tom Cole s daughters and mother, Carol Cole After dinner the tournaments awards were handed out and sponsor were recognized for their generous and kind sponsorship for the event. The gavel was passed to our new chairperson, Chairwoman Roberta Robinson Olejasz. Afterward everyone enjoyed the entertainment by The Doerfels Band from Key West Florida.
