Milwaukee Repertory Theater s Annual Curtain Call Ball is our single largest fundraiser of the year. It provides essential funds for our artistic and educational programming. The 2017 event saw over 300 guests gather to enjoy an evening of lively auctions, gourmet dining, and riveting entertainment that resulted in raising a tremendous $317,000. This achievement is not possible without generous and engaged sponsors. Sponsorships are available to corporations, foundations, and individuals at various levels for the 2018 Curtain Call Ball. Corporate sponsorships range from $6,000- $30,000.

8 Milwaukee Rep s Curtain Call Ball 2018 Sponsor Agreement Milwaukee Repertory Theater and (Print Name of Corporation or Individual) Hereafter known as Sponsor, enter into this agreement freely and willingly on (Print Date) The details of the agreement are as follows: The Event Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship for Milwaukee Repertory Theater s 2018 Curtain Call Ball to be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, henceforth known as Event. The Sponsorship Sponsor has chosen the (check one), with benefits indicated on the preceding pages. Presenting Sponsor ($30,000) Auction Sponsor ($20,000) Executive Producer ($10,000) Corporate Table Sponsor ($6,000) Other Corporate Donation Sponsor agrees to provide Milwaukee Repertory Theater with the funds associated with this sponsorship level, and will provide Milwaukee Repertory Theater with corporate logo graphics/ad copy, etc. as appropriate to the sponsorship level. Credit In exchange for this Event sponsorship, Milwaukee Repertory Theater agrees to provide Sponsor with all of the benefits of this specific sponsorship level as detailed in the preceding pages. Delivery If the level of the sponsorship chosen by Sponsor includes logo or listing placement in pre-event materials (save-the-date cards, invitation, etc.) Sponsor agrees that the sponsorship agreement will be delivered to Milwaukee Repertory Theater no later than February 15, Agreements accepted after that date cannot be guaranteed placement in marketing materials. It is agreed that the sponsorship agreement and payment will be delivered to Milwaukee Repertory Theater no later than March 31, Sponsor will receive an invoice for all payments upon receipt of this agreement.
