Like in all lines of work, we need everyone in our program to hold up their end. However; as coaches we promise to keep you informed, set realistic goals with your son, see through the plan and most importantly groom and mold your son into a better player and ultimately a better person.

9 Fall Practices LOCATION: University Of Detroit Mercy DATES: September 16, 23, 30 October 7, 14, 21, 28 November 4 Fall practice will be focused on individual and team concepts. Playing fall sports is very important to us. With Sunday practices it will give players and families time to focus on another sport. It also gives a day to hopefully be conflict free to ensure our play at our fall events.

10 Winter Training* LOCATION: Ultimate Soccer and The Sports Garage DATES: Sundays at Ultimate / Wednesdays at the Sports Garage January 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30 February 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27 *Training, not practice - Winter is all about getting better! Our focus is all about individual specific training. We want you to be be the best player you can be March 1 for your school team!

11 Summer Practice LOCATION: Detroit Mercy University DATES: June 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 July 2, 9, 10, 16, 17 Practice in the summer will be twice a week. Every TUE/WED. Tuesday will be a very fast paced, tough practice with a priority on the individual. Wednesday will be all about the team. Clears, rides, offense, defense, faceoffs/wings, man up/down will all be covered to ensure certainty for our weekend tournaments.
