QUOTING TONY BARBEE (On Vanderbilt) Vanderbilt is a good team, but they are a team like us in transition with a lot of young players. They have been playing well as of late. They have been shooting the ball well as of late, and there is no secret that we have to guard that 3-point line against that team. They all shoot it well from one through fi ve. It's going to be a diffi cult matchup, especially on the road at Vandy where they play well." LAST TIME OUT Kentucky 75, Auburn 53 (Jan. 19, 2013, in Auburn, Ala.) Sullivan shot 6-of-15 from the floor and 9-of-11 from the foul line as his streak of 21 consecutive made free throws came to an end. "That's what we're going to need all year, said Sullivan. I think I did my part in just carrying us and keeping us in the game in the fi rst half. That's what I do. I don't try to score just to be scoring and get my points up, but I did that. I was hot in the fi rst half, and the team started going in the second half. I tried not to force anything, and just let the team play. Josh (Wallace) did a great job of distributing the ball to us tonight. I think our bench did exceptionally well. Without our bench, I don't think we would've won this game." Sullivan ranks third in the SEC, averaging 17.2 points per game, and has scored more than 20 points in eight of Auburn's games this season, including a careerhigh 28 points vs. DePaul on Nov. 30 on 4-of-7 three-point shooting. The fi rm of Robins & Morton of Birmingham served as construction manager. The 243,792 square foot facility features chair back seats along with bleacher seating for students. The building also provides improved facilities for the studentathletes, including men's and women's locker room suites with sports medicine facilities, lounges and team meeting rooms. Along with a strength and conditioning center, a two-court practice facility enables the team another practice areas. The arena has 12 luxury suites on the arena level that not only open inside the facility, but also opens on the outside of the arena for multiple entertaining opportunities throughout the year. Loge box seating also is available as well as on-site food preparation. The seating confi guration offers better sight lines and moves fans closer to the court. The furthest seat is just 43 feet in elevation from courtside, compared to 60 feet in elevation at Beard-Eaves, with two-thirds of the seats in Auburn Arena being less than 27 feet in elevation from courtside. The scoreboard features a highdefi nition video board with full message/ information center technology. For the student fan amenities, there is a private entrance, a private courtside commons and food court and courtside seating that permits standing with unobstructed views. The new facility serves as more than a sports complex. With over 12,000 square feet of banquet/entertainment space, its design affords ready adaptation into a site for concerts, other cultural events, convocations and other community gatherings. On-campus student housing is adjacent to the new arena creating a unique "student village" experience FALL SIGNEES Ronald Delph, 7-0, 235, C Winter Haven, Fla.
