1 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF CRANBROOK BYLAW NO PARKS AND RECREATION AHENDMENT BYLAW WHEREAS City Council wishes to amend "Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw No. 2418, 1979" as amended, under the Municipal Act, Chapter 290 (R.S.B.C. 1979); NOW THEREFORE, The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Cranbrook, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ( 1 ) (2 ) ( 3 ) THAT this Bylaw may be cited as "Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 3078, 1992". THAT "Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 3039, 1992" shall be entirely repealed. THAT "Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw No. 2418, 1979", as amended, shall be further amended by entirely deleting the Schedule of Fees attached to and forming part of "Parks and Recreation Regulation Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 3039, 1992", as amended, and substituting therefore the Schedule of Fees attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.
