Milk plays a vital role in the nutritional needs of our nation; from the milk we drink to the ice cream we eat and enjoy. As Americans, we enjoy the benefits of our food supply of a bountiful dairy industry effort. Today we have fewer families engaged in the production of dairy farming, but they continue to provide America with these essential products. Continue to celebrate the accomplishments of our nation s dairy industry. This can be done by having three servings a day servings of dairy products. If you know a dairy farmer or their family, thank them for their hard work and dedication!!
