1 SWIM TEAM The Town of Mount Pleasant is proud to offer swim team to all types of swimmers. The four types of swimming programs include a non-competitive 6-12 year old program, a year old non-competitive program, a 6-18 year old competitive program, and an adult program. Each of these programs allow for swimmers to progress out of swim lessons into swim team and beyond. Swimming is a lifelong sport that promotes health and fitness for all ages.
