CONVENING THE SFB In accordance with DoD Instruction , Reserve Component (RC) Facilities Programs and Unit Stationing, the SFB held a meeting at 1300 hours on 15 March 2018 at the Construction and Facilities Management Office, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska B.
