They will also stay one more season with the option to continue further Food Cart -

2 *propose to do away with this *get a quote on making a cart *Brian will check on this Travel Tournaments Umpires - Brian had conversation with (Carrie Lyons)USSSA director about our umpires this season *Carrie Lyons said that we would be able to have outside tournaments when Pineview and Oak Grove teams are filled to capacity Improvements For The Park Lightening - lights for batting cages need to be installed and finished *Batting cages will also need mesh fencing around them *Access from both ends in dugouts for pitching warmups *Scoreboard clocks - *countdown clock module for 4 scoreboards is around $4,500 *lightning sensor rods that will sound an alarm when storm is close *Cameras for field to prevent vandalism *Fans in the gazebo *Nail drag - Burnie will talk with Tommy Frazier and see if we can borrow or buy the extra drag at the baseball fields *keep bringing in sand and mix into fields prior to beginning of season *Update water spickets for the girls *Bonnie s husband will have a quote for this *Rose will get a quote from the zoo about the company they used *County will reimburse up to $150 per fan *Defibrillators that either shock or no shock (county will reimburse us for the device but we would be responsible for any theft or *Bobby will get quotes

4 Unoccupied Board Position Bi-Laws Summer Camp Fall 2016 Canteen Coordinator - needs to be filled Motion to create new position Field Coordinator : Burnie Second: Chris Vote: Unanimous Finishing Bi-Laws - The board will try to have these completed this summer *discussed signing procedures up for pitching and catching *Denise is going to look into how LGS can become a 501 (c)(3) Camp - will be last week of July from 6:15-8:15 *as of 5/18 we have had 15 girls sign up *need 2 coaches per age group (or per 10 girls) *Burnie and Jeff will work out schedule and staffing *No 6U for summer camp We will discuss in August the coaches who are moving up Advertisement - *Discussed sending out peach jar, assessments, new or same uniforms and finding sponsors *We give 1 week for sponsor turnaround *Rose will send to Denise with the sponsor information and contacts *keep sponsorship prices the same *insurance is due in the fall *Burnie has all the materials needed and will finish the plaques for the sponsors Next Meeting Date & Time June 7, 7:00 *board decided to meet every
