2 This branding strategy guide is designed to give you the tools to successfully implement the Phelps Regional Health Care s brand consistently and effectively across all platforms. A consistent brand standard allows the to display a professional look and feel on all print and web design. Our brand strategy guide is a reference for all employees, PCRMC employees and third-party fundraisers. Anyone who is not a employee must receive permission and the correct file before placing the logo on any outside print or web materials. 3 PHELPS REGIONAL HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION {BRAND STANDARDS} OUR MISSION Our mission is to serve as the philanthropic organization that facilitates charitable donations to support and assist the mission of Phelps County Regional Medical Center. The is a 501(c)3 not-for profit, philanthropic organization that was established in The exists to ensure that health care delivery in Phelps County and the surrounding communities continues to be transformational. Through patient-centered and community-focused initiatives, the works in cooperation with clinicians, staff, patients, friends and donors to ensure the greatest needs and opportunities are funded across Phelps County Regional Medical Center. OUR VISION We aim to be the best hospital foundation in the Midwest, dedicated to sustaining and advancing Phelps County Regional Medical Center in providing world-class healthcare for the continued benefit of our service community.

4 PHELPS REGIONAL HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION {OUR LOGO} {Primary Logo} {Black & white printing Logo} {Grey Logo} {Web Logo} The is made up of our P symbol, type and our tagline which define our organization and our visual branding. The P correlates us with Phelps County Regional Medical Center and that we are subsidiary of PCRMC. We have five acceptable variations of our logo, but our preference is for our primary logo. The preferred logo for black and white printing is our logo in black. The last option for our logo is it set in complete white. Please refer to our brand standard color palette to determine the exact color for each logo.

5 PHELPS REGIONAL HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION {SPACING} The logo should not be stretch, altered, or arranged in any other way than shown below. In order to maintain the integrity of our logo, please maintain the spacing around the logo as displayed. At minimum, there must be at least 1px of space around all variations of the logo. If the must be reversed then both the symbol and type are white.

11 OUR BRANDING STANDARDS {ACCEPTABLE FILE TYPES} The logo may be used in any file type AS LONG as the logo remains unpixelated. This means our logo appears clear and crisp and legible across all print and web materials. When using the logo for web based purposes, our logo should always remain in RGB color and displayed at 72 DPI. All print versions of our logo require the image in CMYK at 300 DPI. We will always have both options available, but please specify what your needs are for the logo prior to the project in order to receive the correct versions of our logo. Clear, bold version of our logo that is UNpixelated. Unaccepted version of our logo that is PIXELATED.
