Each region invites schools to enter and then their best entry goes to the regional competition where a national winner will be chosen to enter the international competition. The Chief Judge s comments on the winner were Overall Stefan's art work hit the mark on all criteria. It was eye catching and thought provoking using peace symbols emerging through the waves. Good composition and expression of theme with a nice balance of positive and negative space. Celebration symbols were simple yet effective.
