5 THE STORY OF THE Story and Wrestlers by the late Jamie B. Wilson During the, a strong army called the Manchus ruled China with an iron fist. The Manchus made living conditions bad for the Chinese people. Then several monks from Peking came to Hsien-yong and built a huge school called Shaolin TempleThe monks began taking in hundreds of students and taught them kung-fu. Word of Shaolin Temple got back to the Manchus and the entire army got worried. The Manchu leader, Ho-Wang, had an idea. Shaolin Temple was a huge place. There was a total of 1500 students divided in 5 different areas of the school. The Manchus were only 2000 strong. Ho-Wang managed to pay off a monk who was working at the Temple and made him poison the water and food in the Temple. Once the crooked monk poisoned the food in the temple, the Manchus attacked Shaolin Temple! The attackers took the teachers and the students by surprise and many people were killed. The Manchus won the battle and burned Shaolin Temple to the ground. Only 6 men managed to escape, one monk and the top student of each area of the school. The monk and the students went into hiding. The monk, whose name was Ti, vowed revenge. Ti taught each student a different "Poison" clan-type of kung-fu style. After 7 years of training, the Poison Clan returned to Hsien-Yang and killed the remaining Manchus. The Poison Clan got their revenge but they became a ruthless gang and started to take over China. But they wanted a challenge, so they all came to America to wrestle #1 - Centepede - 6'1"; 243 lbs. (Hand Speed) DEATH BY POISON--a moonsault into a DDT. #2 - Snake - 5'9", 180 lbs. (Great Agility) SNAKE DANCE - a tumbleweed into a corkscrew body press off the top rope #3 - Scorpion - 6'2"; 229 lbs. (Stong Kicks) DEATH PINCER--a superkick to the face #4 - Lizard - 5'10"; 243 (Great Balance) ROCK THE WORLD--Lizard will walk the top rope and once he's on the middle of the rope, he'll execute a flying elbow drop. #5 - Toad - 6'5"; 323 lbs. (Very Powerful) BIG WART DROP--a helecopter slam (Their names represent the style of kung-fu they know) (Out of respect to Jamie, I have made no changes to the character cards, even though they don't conform to the guidelines set forth by Filsinger Games.--DPB)
