3 About Us Club Savannah has been in existence since Travel teams from and under. Club Savannah offers a club season and over 40 additional program, trainings, clinics and camps through out the year.my

6 Goals To develop young athletes and allow them to mature and reach their individual volleyball potential clubsav is a training club who stresses consistent teaching of technique and strategy across all teams and age groups. Train each athlete the same way from the age of 8 to 18. Each year athletes will advance their skills by learning more advanced techniques and building on their fundamentals.

14 ACL Risk Prevention Program and Performance Maintenance Program Goal - To offer a Strength, Prevention and Maintenance Program in house (1 stop shop) As we progress, more core, rotator cuff and additional maintenance and strengthening will be added. This program will be for all teams Every Sunday during practice, this program/workout will be preformed by the players Monitored by a Mary Vacala PA, a certified trainer, and clubsav coaches Pre and Post Test for ACL Risk Prevention Program

You will not be considered for higher teams then you select, only lower teams. Example: If you register for adidas you will also be considered for Premier, Regional and Select. If you register for Regional you will also be considered for Select. You will not be considered for Premier or adidas. If you register for Select you will only be considered for Select. You will not be considered for Regional, Premier or adidas.

39 Tryouts Tryout Location: JEA Sunday Oct. 29,, s and 12s 1-3PM 13s 4-7PM Monday Oct. 30,, s 6-9PM To better serve your daughter s tryout/evaluation, the 14s tryout has been moved from Sunday October 29 to Monday 30. Sunday Nov. 5, s 1-4PM 16s 5-8PM Monday November 6, s and 18s 6:00-9:00PM Arrive one hour prior to designated tryout time. Our system will automatically tell you what age group your daughter will be trying out for. Times may vary depending on numbers registered

40 USA VOLLEYBALL JUNIOR PLAYER AGE DEFINITION For use during the Season To determine the correct age division, please find the Month of Birth in the left column and then the year of birth in the same row. The heading of the column matching the Year of Birth is the correct age bracket. 18 & Under 1 18 & Under 17 & Under 16 & Under 15 & Under 2 14 & Under 13 & Under 12 & Under 11 & Under 10 & Under 9 & Under Sept Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May June July Aug Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999 OR players who were born on or after September 1, 1998 and a high school student in the twelfth (12 th ) grade or below during some part of the current academic year. 2 Male Only - Players who were born on or after September 1, 2003 OR players who were born on or after September 1,2002 (15 years or younger) who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eighth (8 th ) grade during the current academic year are eligible to play in the 14 & Under division.
