7 Practice for all teams, all rowers will be at the same time this season- 3:30pm-6:00pm at Thompson Boat Center Bus for Freshman/Novice ONLY will leave Whitman at 2:45pm each day (NO BUS LOTTERY DUE TO SIZE OF NOVICE SQUADS) Bus will depart TBC for Whitman at 6:15pm each day, returning to Whitman around 7pm

9 COSTS Coaching & Trailering Equipment Maintenance & Operation Local and Regional Regatta Fees Rower food at regattas (varies by regatta) Transportation Costs to and from regional regattas Total for registration per rower for Spring $1,400 *Increase in the fee relates to replenishing club reserves, the fact that all local regattas inclusive of food, transportation and regatta fees are included in the cost. Select regattas are excluded.

We communicate through the system, and the coaches communicate directly with the rowers. Results from regattas and key updates via Instagram & Twitter. Follow us. We want your images from each regatta for use on the website, and for use in our year end slideshow

13 This season, with the help of Senior, Jonah Zwillinger s Viking design, we will be taking pre-orders for these unisex shirts to wear in support of our team this season Cost will be $22 dollars each If you buy more than on the cost drops to $20 each.

14 Looking for volunteers to solicit Silent Auction items for use on February 24 th Parents who own a business or have strong business contacts to help garner sponsorships Creative ideas regarding new options for fundraising and support of the club on an ongoing basis

15 Our banner is displayed at every regatta we attend which provides exposures to thousands of rowers and parents each season Banner sponsors also will have their logo added to our home page with a click thru to their website Sponsors can sign up for and pay for their sponsorship online

16 Every crew family is required to volunteer a minimum 10 hours over the course of the season DIBS is our online registration system found on our website You need to be logged into your account to view the volunteer opportunities The system will calculate your hours, and you can log in to see your progress If you are unable to meet this requirement we can offer a buyout option upon request, but we encourage everyone to volunteer
