All clubs will start week commencing Monday 15 September For your son/daughter to participate in an after school activity, the school requires you to complete a permission slip. In the event of an after school activity being cancelled, unexpectedly, you will be informed via text message using our Groupcall system. Please be sure that you are aware of the time the activity starts and finishes.. Please also ensure that we have your current mobile number for Groupcall. Whilst a record of pupils on the premises is kept in case of fire or other emergency, these records are not used for any other purpose and non-attendance at after school clubs by pupils will not be pursued. Please complete and return the following by Friday 12 September 2014 the reply slip(s) for all the after school clubs your child wishes to attend. 5 Dear Parents, FRENCH classes with La Jolie Ronde at Thomas Coram Church of England School Tuesday lunch club for year 3, 4 & 5 We would like to give your child the opportunity to join la Jolie Ronde French club. Please find below some information about our classes: LA JOLIE RONDE - Is a structured learning programme but is also great fun! - Was established in 1983 and is recognized by both French and British Governments - Will give your child a head start in French! - Children have their own workbooks that enable parents to keep track of what has been learnt to date. THE CLASSES - Lesson plans include songs, games, stories, role-plays, workbook activities, etc. - Lessons last 30 minutes. A full term fees are payable in advance. - If you have more than one child attending a class with us, the 2 nd child gets 6 off.
