As always, we appreciate member referrals and will be offering referral credits for any new member you refer who joins during this time. You will receive one-month free dues for referring family and friends who join the Club this Fall. We will be offering three different options. Option 1: $ Buffet offering will change weekly. The price will stay the same. Option 2: Order the prime rib dinner Option 3: Make a reservation to eat before trivia at the Club. The buffet and ordering the Dinner will be available 5:30-8 p.m. By doing Trivia this way it will allow us to invite more members to play instead of cutting it off at a certain number. Drinks will still be made available throughout the night. AROUND THE CLUB Employee of the Month Jim Haul wears many hats from starting, rangering, carts or just being an all-around good ambassador for The Georgia Club! Coley started working for the GA club summer of 2015 for a summer job while at UGA as a dishwasher. This year E.Y. is working full time to put himself through college. That means that it s time for the communities to begin the process of selecting their teams. The 3.0 team pulled out a win in the final match of the day! Team captain Kathy Coots and daughter Kailyn came through in the clutch to get the team the win. The 3.5 team put up a valiant effort in a 3-2 loss that included an epic 7-6, 7-6 win by Wendy Knight at singles. Congrats to all these players. It will be a great tennis season for TGC! EVENT RECAP Paint Party Recap Mrs. Smith from Paint Party hosted a family paint party on Sunday, September 10 in Dawgwood I. Members enjoyed family and friend time painting door hangers for the football season. It was a nice afternoon of creative fun. This beautiful 2-story brick home in Oconee Springs neighborhood in The Georgia Club is not to be missed. Hardwood floors through the whole house, crown moulding and custom trim can be found throughout the first floor. You ll even find plantation shutters. Entertaining is a breeze in this large formal dining room and kitchen with oversized island. Granite counter tops and stainless appliances transition with ease into keeping room and great room both of which feature a show stopping fireplace. Great room has coffered ceilings and built in bookcases. Office/study with French doors and additional built in for those who work from home, or as a sitting room.
