Your $25 dues can be paid at the Regatta or by mail to: MLRA, General Delivery, Kilworthy, Ontario, POE 1G0. Cheques should be made payable to: Morrison Lake Rate Payers Association Your dues contribute toward the website, the newsletter, insurance and this regatta!!! MORRISON LAKE NOW OFFERING FITNESS CLASSES!! MORRISON LAKE GOLF & DINNER DAY Saturday August 14 th 2010 * Golf 9 holes at the par 3 Evergreen Golf Course starting at noon. * Dinner at Silver Pines beginning at 7:30pm followed by a 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s dance Prize donations would greatly be appreciated. My name is Lisa Rawlings, and I am a fully certified fitness instructor, specializing in a variety of fitness classes such as, cardio step, hi/low cardio, muscle conditioning, circuit training boot camp, meditative hatha yoga, and aqua fitness. I am eager to continue teaching while I m living at the cottage for the summer months. I plan on using my property in Balfour Woods as the location to hold these classes. All workouts will be modified to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced participants.
