Payment is due January 1, If you wish to enroll in Auto Debit, the forms must be returned by Friday, December 14 th. Billing notices are mailed as a courtesy. Even if you do not receive a billing notice you are still responsible for paying your dues on time. HELP PRESERVE CWPV s AESTHETICS You can have an impact on maintaining CWPV s standards of architecture and landscaping, and thereby preserving the communities aesthetics, by serving on The Architectural Compliance Committee (ACC). The Committee currently has one empty seat to fill. The ACC s purpose is to review homeowner permit applications for exterior construction, modifications, painting and landscaping projects, and apply the guidelines as stated in the HOA s Architectural Compliance Guidelines, to determine if the projects meet those guidelines. The ACC meets the 1 st and 3 rd Tuesdays from September through May. The meetings are on summer hiatus from June through August. Homeowners are always welcome to attend, and potential applicants are encouraged to attend a meeting to get a first-person impression of a typical ACC meeting. To apply, submit a Committee/Task Force Member application form, which is available online under Forms & Guides in the Homeowners Only part of the HOA website, or from Homeowner Services located in the HOA Administration Center.

Our HOA has some super activities going on First Fridays and we don t want anyone to miss those. Come learn the game at the next clinic scheduled for December 14 th, 6PM to 8PM, at the Cottonwood pickleball courts. Farnsworth Construction has completed the rough grading and the building pad is in place. The footings are being dug and the concrete work should begin next week. The construction trailer should be on site this week with the perimeter fencing to follow a bit later. We have received a detailed construction schedule from Farnsworth and, barring any delays, construction should be complete mid to late October Reminder Please DO NOT ENTER the construction site.
