2 In 2013 membership growth remains our top priority. Our goal is to attain full membership. Hermitage has a rich history and is financially stable. We have two excellent golf courses and a great sports center. Hermitage is a top choice of prospective members. We as members are proud to share the experience of our fine club with others that may have an interest in membership. Hermitage The Obvious Choice In addition to our history, tradition, and financial stability, we are the only club in the Richmond market that can boast the following: 36 Holes of Championship Golf/Two Uniquely Different Golf Courses Manakin is a player friendly parkland course that features rolling fairways, lined with huge loblolly pines, bent grass fairways; a Keith Foster renovation that received the 2006 award by Golf Digest as the #5 Best New Remodel in the country. The Sabot is a challenging Arthur Hills design that features native grass areas, and water in play on 13 of the 18 holes. Each course has earned the designation as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. 1

3 The Sports Center Four indoor tennis courts and eight outdoor courts including six Har-Tru courts. Aerobics facilities, state of the art cardio and resistance equipment, and several racks of free weights and bars. We even have equipment specifically designed to improve your golf and tennis swing. Our staff includes several certified personal trainers and certified massage therapists. Locker facilities include steam room and sauna. All in an immaculate, aesthetically pleasing facility. Pool Complex A $2 million renovated pool featuring hugely expanded deck area, multiple shade structures, dining options, and lots of fun for the kids with multiple shallow areas and a play ground. 2

4 A namesake for Tommy Galloway, the Club s long standing and beloved Head Golf Professional from 1928 through 1954, the Galloway Grille is committed to the quality standard that Galloway himself not only emulated through his quiet and unassuming manner, but also through the meaningful association he inspired among the members of Hermitage Country Club, despite the challenging and trying times the Club faced during this critical era of it s rich history. Named in honor of the year Hermitage was founded, this newly redesigned area is intended to meet huge demand for couples après golf or to enjoy a cocktail before or after dinner. If you are looking to dine a bit more casually, the 1900 Tavern menu provides a wide variety of options for that casual gathering or to entertain guests. 3

5 The plan for 2013 needs all member involvement. We will be recruiting members to help us target prospects from businesses, relocations, neighborhoods, and people we know who are looking for a change. Recruitment Incentive We will continue to offer an aggressive member incentive. Any primary sponsor of a Group 1 or 2 Full Golfing Member or a Group 5 Social/Athletic Member will be eligible to receive the following new member recruitment incentive: One New Full Golfing Member = Two Months of Dues One New Social/Athletic Member = One Month of Dues New Member Recruitment We believe these programs are extremely attractive, market driven and will result in membership growth and keep our dues levels down. Here are our 2013 Membership Programs: Initiation Fees Group I Full Social Athletic Non Resident $12,500 $7,500 $3,000 Legacy Special Initiation Fees for Legacy candidates will be offered at a 50% discount of the current $12,500 fee. The Legacy Program applies to qualified candidates. Reference Membership Guidelines in the bylaws. Initiation Fee Payment Terms Plan Down Payment Terms Option A Pay in Full 10% Discount Option B* 50% Down 5% Discount/5 Year 0% Interest Paid Annually Option C* 20% down 10 Year Amortization 0% Interest Paid Monthly, Quarterly or Annually * Options B & C require a Promissory Note with the Club. 4

6 Junior Executive Program This Full Golf Membership is available to all individuals age 35 and under. Membership entitles the designated member to the use of all Club facilities. Initiation Fee- $9,950/person 10% down payment Payable over 10 years at 0% interest Amnesty Program Former members that resigned over 12 months ago in good standing may reinstate their membership without any additional initiation fees or payment of back dues. Significant Other Policy A Group 2 (single person) member or an unmarried Group 5 (social/athletic) member of Hermitage Country Club, in good standing, may apply to the Board of Directors, in writing, to designate a Significant Other who is unmarried and unrelated who may incur charges on the credit and account of the member and participate in Club events consistent with the membership category of the member. 5
