1 2019 PROGRAM TEE-LO Golf, Inc., a 501(c) 3 organization, (EIN: ) is a solid Community-based program for young people to essentially learn the game of life through the game of golf. The organization seeks to actively engage young people ages 7-17 years in maximizing their own potential through focused academic achievements while learning fundamental golf skills, proper etiquette and manners, and helping them to transfer those life lessons to becoming upstanding citizens. Our coaches and staff are all dedicated volunteers who support the students in all endeavors of life. We exist solely on sponsor donations and through resources provided by sponsors, parents and various fundraising activities throughout the year. TEE-LO Golf is now recruiting students for our 2019 program. We encourage parents to support their children s efforts by attending scheduled events and participating in TEE-LO activities. The 2019 program has been structured to teach beginning concepts to our new students and provide continued and advanced training to our existing base of students. We are striving to make Ladies and Gentlemen of all our students.

2 Program Schedule There are two sessions in the 2019 program Session I: February 1 June 30 Session II: August 1 October 31 In the Friday night classroom sessions, students learn the rules of golf and personal values that enhance their ability to excel at golf and in life. On the fourth Friday of each month, guest speakers are invited to speak to the students about their careers and/or professions and how they have accomplished their goals while relating their experience with the game of golf. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend these sessions. Classroom Instruction Schedule 1st and 3rd Friday: Golf Instruction 2nd Friday: Life Skills Instruction 4th Friday: PIZZA PARTY and Guest Speaker Business Dress is required on all 4th Friday meetings Gentlemen: shirt & tie (coat optional), dress shoes Ladies: dress or skirt and blouse, dress shoes Classroom Instruction by PGA Professionals Wednesday 4:00 pm 7:30 pm Beginners: Practice Golf Swing Intermediate: Skills Development Advanced: Strategy Training At the Wednesday sessions, students will be able to reinforce their fundamental skills by practicing at the Rick McCord Golf Academy located at Orange Lake Resort. The Tee-lo Golf Training Center will be used to help beginner students hone their short game techniques. The Intermediate students will continue to develop their chipping and pitching skills while reinforcing their putting skills as needed. The advanced students will be provided an opportunity to learn more about the strategy of the game. All students will have access to a golf professional for guidance and instruction in needed areas of development.

4 Golf Curriculum Golf instruction will include rules, etiquette, and training by PGA Professional in golf skills such as grip, stance, swing mechanics, and playing strategies. These sessions will be held at the course specified during the Friday night classroom instruction. ALL students will learn and apply: Safety Courtesy Putting Chipping The program consists of five levels: Super Rookies, Rookies, Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced. The Super Rookies, these kids are under the age of 7, they are the siblings of the older students that are in the program. We provide this course of instruction instead of a babysitting service during regular program activities. These Kids are placed together to have fun and to start some very basic golf instruction. They will utilize coloring books, videos and games to learn: Have Fun Learn etiquette Learn golf safety Keep them and their parents engaged The Rookies, students ages 7 17, that have little or no golf experience or exposure. They will be taught from our Tee-Lo Student Notebook and will immediately start training at the Tee-Lo Golf Training Center. In 6 weeks of attendance they should be able to do the following: Know basic terminology of golf Know golf etiquette Start learning safety fundamentals Know how to chip and putt Be prepared to move up to Beginner status The Beginners class, students ages 7 17, is designed for those students who have mastered the Tee-Lo Student Notebook and have minimal skills. To progress to the next class, a student must master the basic golf essentials such as etiquette, club handling, and golf terminology Pass the chipping and putting test

5 Have a basic understanding of the rules and etiquette of golf Be able to hit shots from 50 yards The Intermediate class, students ages 7 17 progresses to the advanced level after demonstrating the ability to perform in competition, significant improvement in golf skills and knowledge, and displaying leadership characteristics. Be able to play golf from 100 yards in and make no more than double bogey on 3 consecutive holes Learn Specialty Shots / Golf Techniques Become acquainted with playing strategies The Advanced class, students ages 7 17 must demonstrate leadership skills and characteristics and will be required to assist the Friday night instructor with class preparation, class demonstration, and instruction participation. The advanced students will rotate this responsibility on a weekly basis dependent upon the direction of the Instructor. Advanced students are grouped by their ability and/or previous scores with an adult Coach/Volunteer and are allowed to play either the front nine or the entire 18-hole course. At least monthly be able to play 9or 18 consecutive holes from 150 yards and score no more than double bogey Be familiar with specialty Shots / Golf Techniques Full Swing Playing Strategies Be able to compete in the PGA s Golf Chip & Putt Contest Supervised Play Supervised play is held at 1 of three golf courses. Supervised play is for course ready students only (Able to hit the ball 50 yards in the air) Celebration Golf Course A regulation par hole championship golf course that was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and includes a driving range, practice putting green, a three-hole grid course three par 3 practice holes which is used by our program. Orange County National Two championship courses (Panther Lake & Crooked Cat), a 9-hole short course (Tooth), several onsite instruction schools and the largest driving range and practice facility in America. Orange Lake Resorts & Country Club 18-hole "Legends" course at the facility in Kissimmee, Florida features 7,072 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 74.3 and it has a slope rating of 132 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay, ASGCA, the Legends golf course opened in 1982.

6 Program Completion Expectations Graduates of the 2019 program will understand the basic rules of golf. They are expected to be proficient at playing the golf course from 150 yards in. Our program is ongoing. Students who are course ready have course access opportunities most weeks of the calendar year (even when our formal program is in recess). We also have discount passes at the Orange Lake Golf Club Facility year round for both parents and students. Our students do not technically complete our program until their eighteenth birthday. The TEE-LO program is continuing for students After the first year of program basics, students are encouraged to stay in the program to continue to improve their skills as golfers and as Ladies and Gentlemen. 7 RULES OF CONDUCT 1. Shirts will be tucked in at all times. 2. Attend ALL TEE-LO activities and instruction regularly. 4. Be punctual to all activities. 5. Neatness is a requirement. 6. Safety at all times, on and off the golf course. 7. Respect your instructors, other participants, and yourself at all times. 8. Avoid loud and boisterous conduct. 9. Attend school regularly. 10. Maintain a C or above average. 11. Exhibit a good positive attitude 12. Be committed to being drug free and remaining drug free. 13. Have a desire to learn. 14. Give 100% effort at all times. GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL 1.
