2 Introduction The Biggest Loser Series of golf programmes combines Learning, Training & Competition. All participants will learn how to measure progress, practice effectively and develop key skills within their game. Whether I m helping you to gain valuable yards off the tee, hit it closer to the hole or saving you shots around the greens you will enjoy intense challenge, targeted learning and increased motivation as you shed serious shots off your game and possibly add pounds to your pocket over the competition season. 3 Courses Each of my three, 5 week programs features a measurable performance challenge. You will see how good you really are and where you can improve. Check your scoring and progress weekly against yourself, other players and even PGA Tour players. My three programmes are: PUTTING SHORT GAME LONG GAME Each performance challenge will accurately determine your skill handicap. You will then start prioritising areas where you can reduce your scores and begin by developing your skills and practice habits with Mark.

4 Plot Your Progress Chart your own progress or make it competitive and plot your progress against others with my progress charts. Use these charts throughout the season to keep challenging yourself and measure progress.

5 TEAMS & SQUADS The Biggest Loser format is perfect for developing your Club, College, & University Teams as well as your next generation of team players. Many elite squad coaches adopt this kind of approach to keep driving there players and keep their players focused. They help motivate players to want to improve and challenge themselves as well as help Captains develop internal competition and excellent camaraderie by training together. Contact Mark for customised versions that focus on Captains /Teams objectives this season.

6 Courses, Costs & Prizes Each of the three programmes are 5 weeks long with each weekly session being a 2hr long, group session. Each session will include, but not always in the same order: 1. weekly skills test (45 mins) 2. Player/Coach feedback on results & practice (15 mins) 3. Group Instruction & Breakout Instruction. (1hr) Courses are 50 each and places are restricted to a maximum of 10 players and a minimum of 8 players per programme. Advanced payment required via cash, cheque or BACS. PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to those players who make the biggest improvement at the end of the 5 weeks.

7 What do I need to bring? 1. Tasks are realistic to course competition so be prepared with all clubs, ball markers, golf shoes, waterproofs, golf umbrella etc. in case it rains. Note: Rain WILL NOT stop play unless the course has to be closed or play suspended. 2. Golf balls are provided for all programmes however should players wish to use their own specific brand of golf ball for short game and putting programmes, we recommend you bring your own marked balls for identification purposes. You will need 10 in total. 3. Pen/Pencil for scoring. 4. Enrolment Form & 50 Cash, Cheque or advanced BACS payment. 5. Registration and Introduction in clubhouse mins before start of practical session. Note: Task sheets, scorecards, scoring tables and balls will be provided.
