Could need this experience 8. GALAXIAS UP - Not disgraced when third on debut. Deserves some respect in this line-up (2) FRISSON BLEUE did very well on debut and could go one better in this lineup. (4) FIDJI DE LA BRUNIE won on debut but has more to do this time. She should contest the finish though. (3) FREE VOLO was just behind her last time out and could improve further. (1) CROUCRACQ makes his debut but will not be a surprise winner. (2) FRISSON BLEUE - (4) FIDJI DE LA BRUNIE - (3) FREE VOLO - (1) CROUCRACQ

3 Race 2 1. ASCOT ANGEL - Dual-winner at this course. Made no impression in first start at handicap level - others preferred 2. OMMOY - Boasts a solid record at this venue and has experience at this level. Player 3. LARNO - Twice a winner at handicap level in 2018 already albeit off lower ratings. More to do now 4. SEE THE SUN - Won a similar contest in November off a lower mark but has struggled since. Others preferred 5. FRONT CONTENDER - Above-average lightly raced filly. No show in her last start before a rest - capable of better 6. GOOD SMASH - Regular earner who arrives in good form. Proven at handicap level but more to do in this grade 7. SWEET MAMBO - Not disgraced last time in finishing a close-up 7th at this level. More to come can feature 8. ALBEROBELLO - Not disgraced in a similar contest last time when a close-up 6th at Saint-Cloud. Capable 9. ASFAAR - Has performed only moderately since his return and is unexposed at this level. Unlikely threat 10. JEANNAJONH - Disappointed last time but is capable of better than that efforts suggests. Outside chance 11. FLEURDELUNE - Versatile and ultra-consistent. Proven handicap performer who could make a winning Quinte+ debut 12. BANK GUARANTEE - Erratic Spanish raider who inspires little confidence. Others make more appeal 13. GOOD DEAL - In good form at this level and on both surfaces. Should be in the shake-up 14. GUANACASTE - Won a claimer in his last start and but has more to do in this company. Makes limited appeal 15. LIQUID SPIRIT - In and out this term but is probably better suited to the turf. Unlikely threat 16. JUMPIN'JACK FLASH - Returned to form with a good 5th in a Quinte+ on the fibresand of Chantilly last time. Capable

4 Typically open Quinte+ event but from which ultra-consistent and in-form (11) FLEURDELUNE can emerge victorious in her first start at this level. She has a good record at this track and more importantly a tidy inside No 2 draw. (2) OMMOY has proved his worth in this grade on the fibresand but should have more to offer reverting to the turf. He will have to overcome a wide draw to pose a threat although the same must be said of (7) SWEET MAMBO and several others. (13) GOOD DEAL arrives in good form and should make his presence felt. 5 Race 3 1. MONNAI - Well-bred colt who made a smart debut and should improve. Contender for top honours 2. NONANT - Showed useful ability on debut over this trip. May not have been suited by the ground last time 3. SOLEIL COUCHANT - Resumed this term in good form after a break. Should have more to offer 4. KARDANA - Promising 3rd on debut and would have come since. Has earning potential 5. MORADERO - Has yet to make any real improvement to warrant consideration. Unlikely threat 6. QUANTIVATOR - Showed good improvement in his second outing and is open to further progress. Place chance 7. GADER - Finished a fair 6th on debut and is likely to have improved. Could make the frame 8. EN DANSANT - Has not shown much to date and needs to improve to feature. Others preferred 9. RITMICA - Has not shown much to date and needs to improve to feature. Others preferred 10. STANDING UP - Promising 2nd on debut and has not been seen since. Likely to have improved - include 11. EDGE OF TOMORROW - Charles Gourdain-trained Iffraaj newcomer to be ridden by Flavien Garnier 12. ADIOS AMIGOS - Siyouni first-timer trained by Henri-Alex Pantall and to be ridden by Soufiane Saadi A few to follow here although it could prove a match-race between (1) MONNAI and (10) STANDING UP with preference for the former who was 3rd on debut over the course and distance. The latter went one better in finishing 2nd on debut but that was in October and she may lack race fitness. Both (6) QUANTIVATOR and (2) NONANT are likely improvers with earning potential. (1) MONNAI - (10) STANDING UP - (6) QUANTIVATOR - (2) NONANT

7 Race 4 1. KENZOSIM - A bit disappointing last time out. Needs to find a few lengths to win this race 2. AUBEVOYE - Improving and won a nice race last time out. Should be in the final shake-up 3. RIQUET - Very consistent and won latest start. Distance suited and is clearly not out of it 4. BALLYMOUNT - A bit disappointing at this track last time out. Might need this comeback run 5. WETROV - Modest last run. Better this distance and is likely to fight out the finish 6. MOSKOVA - May have needed comeback run. Capable of better and should contest the finish 7. ROCKFUCHIAS - Fit and ready for this but does need to find a few lengths to win this race (5) WETROV may have proven to be disappointing last time out but has won at this track and should make a bold bid at winning this race. (6) MOSKOVA may have needed her last run but is likely to do a lot better in a race like this. (2) AUBEVOYE won last time out and is improving so must be considered over this distance. (5) WETROV - (6) MOSKOVA - (2) AUBEVOYE - (3) RIQUET

8 Race 5 1. DICKENEK - Fit and ready. Good recent form in claimers and must have a winning chance 2. PREMIER CRU - A bit unreliable but may do better over these shorter obstacles. Has a chance 3. VIC ROYAL - Versatile. Distance suited and looks the one they all have to beat. Go close 4. YERMO - Fit and ready. Does seem to be stretched this type of distance. Might place 5. RENANIA - Fairly consistent. More needed to win this race. Might place returning from a break 6. COEUR DE BLUES - Not disgraced when third last time out. Likely to do better this time. Respect 7. CINCINATI - Fit and ready for this but does need to improve a few lengths to win this race 8. TURKEY JACKSON - Has been struggling for some time now. Back in hurdles might spark and improved run 9. FAIRLY CRICK - Has not won in many years but was not disgraced in latest start. Might place 10. CYRANO DE FRETEL - Well tried last year without winning. More needed returning from a break 11. BON ANJOU - Well beaten in latest start returning from a long break. May need more runs (3) VIC ROYAL is versatile and will not might the change from chasing to hurdles. His last win was a good one. He gets the vote to score. (6) COEUR DE BLUES was not disgraced when third in his comeback run and must be considered. 9 Race 6 1. FAUNETA - Improving and did win latest which was over this distance. Has a chance returning from a break 2. JAK ANGEL - Has yet to win a race. fair last two starts and could play a minor role 3. STANTO - Tried the turf for the first time and won latest start. deserves some respect 4. PENNY LUZ - Good third in latest which was over this track and trip. Be right there 5. RECAP - Well beaten in latest which was over this course and distance. Others preferred 6. WAREGA - Good debut win. Drop in distance shoud not be a problem. Has a big chance 7. ZENDAYA - Modest first two runs. Drop in distance could spark improvement. Consider (6) WAREGA proved far too good for her rivals on debut and could have many wins in her. She will be hard to beat if repeating that level of form. (1) FAUNETA showed promise when winning last time out but is returning from a break. (4) PENNY LUZ is fit and ready for this could contest the finish once again. (7) ZENDAYA is likely to improve. (6) WAREGA - (1) FAUNETA - (4) PENNY LUZ - (7) ZENDAYA

10 Race 7 1. EDIMIX - Capable of better than last run. Could contest the finish of this race. Respect 2. EMMA COLLONGES - Fair last two runs. More needed though returning from a break. Might place 3. FALCOLINA MAMA - Has not shown very much in 8 starts. Needs to find a few lengths to win this race 4. QUINCY - Fair hurdles debut. More needed to win but could play a minor role once again 5. LA ROSSA - Modest form on the flat. Could improve trying the hurdles for the first time 6. BELLADAME - Promising third on debut. Could do even better this time. Has a winning chance 7. EN AVANT FOREZ - First run for a Network filly out of Pourkoipa du Forez. Could win on debut 8. EVIDENCE BLEUE - First run for a Maresca Sorrento filly out of Tunique Bleue. Desrves the utmost respect 9. ENGUERANDE - Only fifth in both starts. Could be fitter after comeback run and might place 10. NAWHICEL - Has not shown much yet and needs major improvement to win this race. Others preferred This looks a moderate bunch and we are siding with the newcomers (7) EN AVANT FOREZ and (8) EVIDENCE BLEUE to fight out the finish. Both look ready for this race. (6) BELLADAME showed promise on debut but her fitness will need to be taken on trust as she is returning from a break. (1) EDIMIX is better than that last run suggest. (8) EVIDENCE BLEUE - (7) EN AVANT FOREZ - (6) BELLADAME - (1) EDIMIX

11 Race 8 1. DALIGALA - Will strip fitter after a much-needed comeback run so should have more to offer. Include 2. ALFIERI - Capable of earning on best form though recent efforts inspire little confidence 3. TRUFFLE BLACK - Has shown little in two comeback outings this year to warrant any consideration 4. OCAMONTE - Closed out 2017 in good form but may be in need of the run after a layoff. Watch for now 5. RESOURCE - Honest individual and consistent for the most part. Won't be far off the action 6. ELUSIVE BLUE - Won a handicap at Tarbes last time out but has more to do now given resultant penalty 7. LIFE PRIDE - Obvious inclusion on form but returns from break and is drawn wide. For the shortlist 8. JUST ONE LOOK - Ought to be fitter for a comeback run but needs to show more to warrant inclusion. Overlook 9. SHASLIKA - Capable of earning on best form though recent efforts inspire little confidence 10. REBEL LIGHTNING - Capable on his day particularly off his current rating. Could surprise 11. DIVINE LEONE - Holding form and not without a chance. Should be competitive from a good draw 12. SEA SPECTRE - Ought to be fitter for a comeback run but needs to show more to warrant inclusion. Overlook 13. CARDIEL - Sprung a surprise when winning two starts back was unable to confirm that form last time 14. SIRMA TRAOU LAND - Honest individual and consistent for the most part. Won't be far off the action 15. MIREMONT - Showed signs of a return to form last time but needs to build on that improvement to feature 16. SEPT EXTRA - Holding form and not without a chance under a light weight. Place chance

(1) DALIGALA would have needed her comeback run and could pose a threat on earlier form. 13 Race 9 1. SCHWARZWALD - A bit disappointing last time out but does have a winning chance in this line-up 2. ECLAIRE D'ETAT - No disgraced on chasing debut. Should be in the final shake-up once again 3. EQUEMAUVILLE - Only sixth on chasing debut but does have a big chance in this line-up 4. ECLAIR DE GENIE - Only fourth on chasing debut. Likely to be smarter this time. Consider 5. DOCTOR ROCKET - Good form over hurdles. Tries the larger obstacles and is clearly not out of it A small field but it should be competitive and exciting. (3) EQUEMAUVILLE was only sixth on his steeplechase debut but that was not a bad field and he should be smarter this time. (1) SCHWARZWALD did well enough last time out to have a winning chance. The erratic (5) DESIR D'ARIANE has the ability to finish in the frame if able to keep rhythm while (9) DUC DE GREZ can build on his third at Pont- Chateau two weeks ago. FUSEE - Has been a bit disappointing since winning at Rouen-Mauquenchy on debut in February. Yet to make the frame this term and disqualified at Laval latest 4. DJAKARTA DU BOCAGE - Off the mark at this track 12 months ago. Second at Nantes the following month but not seen since 5. It will be no surprise to see him pick up the winning thread here. A case can be made for (9) DEFI DE LA COUDRE on his best form while (5) DEBELLO VICI will also have plenty of friends.

Drop in distance a question mark but is in with at least a place chance 11. FANTASTIC FILLY - Fair form. Might need to do a bit more to win but could pop up in the places 12.
