Previous members please proceed directly to 2017 Memberhip Renewal Instructions. 1. ENCLOSE PROOF OF BREED, by choosing one option: A copy of The Jockey Club Certificate of Foal Registration (or similar from a foreign stud book). OR, using the lip tattoo: the horse's 5-cross pedigree and the successful tattoo lookup result from The Jockey Club's Tattoo Identification Services (located at registry.jockeyclub.com). Note: For USDF All-Breeds participation only, USDF requires in addition the following for their files: For horses foaled 2000 or prior: a letter from the vet verifying tattoo & physical description. For horses foaled 2001 or later: DNA results from The Jockey Club (registry.jockeyclub.com). OR, other information from The Jockey Club, including T.I.P. Card. Please note the prior section applies to USDF All-Breeds participants. This section does not work with USDF as a USDF option. For assistance in either identifying or providing identification contact us (). 2. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED: New members, see pages three through five. Five color photographs of sufficient clarity are required: one of each full body side view, one of full body front, one of full body back. Also one close head shot from the front, to show all on the entire face (move forelock aside). Photos need not be professionally taken, but be sure all markings are clearly visible, and the total leg is shown, including the complete hoof. 3.
