Acceptable Photo Formats: High Resolution Digital Images in RGB (or CMYK) color at 300 dpi resolution for a minimum size of 8" x 10" (3000 x 2400 pixels). These digital images can be in JPEG, TIF or EPS format. Original 8 x 10 professional color prints are also acceptable. Inkjet prints made from low resolution files from home use digital cameras and printers are not acceptable as they will not reproduce in high quality commercial printing. 2. Photographs for horse sections may be conformation shots, head studies, or action shots. Photo must show one horse only. 3. All photographs must be of professional quality reflecting the best points of your Straight Egyptian horses. Any images judged by the editors as unsuitable for use will be returned. 4. Digital images must have each file properly labeled as to horse s registered name. Each original photo must be labeled with the name and address of the horse and owner. Original photos will be returned soon after production is completed at the printer. The Pyramid Society will return photos in a photomailer. 5. Please include a clearly legible three-generation pedigree. The responsibility for inclusion of a full and accurate predigree rests with the member submitting the listing. 6. Important Wins or Information: 4 lines are provided for this information. Examples of acceptable information follow: year of importation, year of US National Top Ten or Championship, Egyptian Event wins, statement that the horse is a Class A performance or halter winner (without naming the show), international wins, sire or dam of international winners, US National Top Ten winner, winner of Legion of Merit, or a race winner. 7. Each digital image or photograph must be accompanied by a properly completed form. Please type or legibly print in caps and lower case as appropriate. Photocopied forms may be used for additional entries. Owners are encouraged to include as many horses as they wish. Please number each sheet in the order that you would like it to appear published.
