2 Foothills Show Services, Camden Classics, Carolina Starz and The Tack Room will once again present a four show series at the SC Equine Park featuring a Hunter Derby and an Equitation Challenge. Series awards sponsor, The Tack Room, has generously donated $1500 in gift certificates $1000 for the Hunter Derby and $500 for the Equitation Challenge to be awarded to the top 4 competitors in each at the completion of the series at the Camden Fall Classic November 8-9. 5 CAMDEN FALL CLASSIC FEATURED CLASSES Class #200 $1000 Foothills Show Services Hunter Derby Classic First round to be conducted over a course of hunter jumps that will include verticals and oxers. The top 12 scores will return for a second round to be held over a Handy Hunter course. Open numeric scoring will be used in both rounds. Scores from both rounds will be combined. Offered at three fence heights 2, 2 6, and 3. Open to horses and ponies who have competed in a division at the show. Minimum of 15 entries to fill. Entry Fee: $60 Ribbons 1-8 1st $250 2nd $200 3rd $150 4th $120 5th $100 6th $80 7th $60 8th $40 Class # 300 Equitation Challenge Phase I to be conducted at 2, 2 6, 3 fence heights. Rider will compete over a course of eight fences of their choice. Phase I score counts 70%. Phase II The top ten scored riders will return to execute individual tests designed by the judge. Phase II scores counts 30%. Entry Fee $25 Ribbons 1-8 T.I.P. Thoroughbred Incentive Program Special classed for hunter Thoroughbreds. For purposes of eligibility for all T.I.P. classes and awards a Thoroughbred is defined as any horse that has been registered with The Jocky Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book approved by The Jocky Club and the International Stud Book Committee. All horse shows must require riders to verify registration on the day of the horse show through one of the following methods: T.I.P. Number Card or Completed T.I.P. Number request form and one of the following: The Jocky Club Certificate of Foal Registration (or similar document from a foreighn stud book)or a copy thereof or The horse s lip tattoo, the horse s 5-cross pedigree & the successful tattoo lookup result from The Jocky Club s Tattoo Identification Services, (located at the registry.jockeyclub.com or A letter from The Jocky Club verifying the horse s identity. 4 9
