Move to opponent's left and lunge both hands to opponent. Move to opponent's right and repeat. Move to opponent front. 10. Catch right, small step to right (Wansu) execute left side blade kick; catch left, small step to left, execute right side blade kick, set right foot back (small step) small step left into Seisan, open hand attitude kamae (left foot forward). Step back left, left middle block. After being struck, move to opposite side in kumae right foot forward. 11. Step forward right, right nukite strike; shuffle step forward, left nukite strike followed by right nukite strike. Turn counterclockwise to rear into cat stance, catch right. 12. Slide forward into Naihanchi dachi with simultaneous left backfist across (as in Kusanku). Right shuto strike high. Left punch, right punch, left punch. Move to opposite side. 13. Pivot left foot into Chinto dachi with simultaneous left hand high sweep block (palm out) with right shuto strike to neck (jaw line). Right straight forward kick landing right foot forward into Seisan dachi with simultaneous right tetsui block down, followed by left then right tetsui blocks down. Look left to front. Kamae. 14. Pivot counterclockwise to front on left foot (evasion) into Seisan dachi (right foot back) with open block attitude kamae. Left punch then grab gi. Take toe rip, be struck. Step back right, right punch. Grab for front choke hold. 15. Pivot left foot into Chinto dachi and block punch, trap opponent's hand. Execute right toe rip kick Land right foot forward in Seisan dachi with simultaneous left straightforward punch to head and right straightforward punch to solar plexus. Step forward left with simultaneous "propeller" block to right followed by right straightforward punch to head and left straightforward punch to solar plexus. Slide right foot back into cat stance, execute double mid-high block. 2

Step right into exaggerated Seisan dachi to right, catch right; execute left squat kick - shift feet to left in exaggerated Seisan dachi, catch left; execute right squat kick. Look right. 17. Step 90 right into Seisan dachi; execute right hand shuto (slap) block across and simultaneous left hand nukite strike (palm up) (Wansu). Be struck. Move to opposite side. 18. Grab opponent with left hand, shuffle step forward and pull into right elbow strike. Shuffle step forward, left elbow strike followed by right elbow strike. Look 180 left. Left punch. 19. Turn counterclockwise 180 to the left into Seisan dachi, left foot forward, execute left hand shuto (slap) block across and simultaneous right hand nukite strike (palm up). Be struck. Move to rear of opponent on embusen. 20. Grab opponent with right hand, shuffle step forward and pull into left elbow strike. Shuffle step forward, right elbow strike followed by left elbow strike. Look 90 left. Kamae. 21. Turn counterclockwise to rear into Seisan dachi, left foot forward with open (attitude) kamae. Guard gets blocked out of way - struck with elbows. Move to opposite side. 22. Step forward right with right elbow strike. Shuffle step forward with left elbow strike followed by right elbow strike. Look over left shoulder, turning to front into cat stance (left foot forward), right hand palm out at side, left hand palm up over knee(kusanku). Left lunge punch. 23. Step right foot forward into side Seisan dachi, right hand block up (palm up), grab and hold. Be struck. 24. Pivot 180 on right foot toward front in side Seisan dachi maintaining hold into arm bar across right shoulder and execute left elbow strike. KIAI Look left. 3
4 Move to face opponent on embusen, be thrown. Move to face opponent on embusen, left punch. 25. Slide left foot back (on center line) into cat stance, right hand palm out high block, left hand palm out at ready. Slide left foot straight ahead (on center line) into Seiunchin dachi, grab attacker high (right hand) and low (left hand haito to groin) and execute kata garuma, pivoting clockwise on right foot 180 into Seiunchin dachi. Drive attacker down with left hand (Wansu). 26. Slide forward in Seiunchin dachi, execute right upper arm block across pivot forward into Naihanchi and right backfist across. Grab throat, be kicked. Move to opponent left. 27. Step left foot forward into Chinto dachi, reach both hands to pull choke hold away from throat and trap, execute right toe rip, pivot left 90 into Seisan dachi, left foot forward. Be struck. Move to opponent right. 28. Execute right rising shote strike to opponent's groin, left shote strike to chin, right knee kick, right straight forward punch to solar plexus. Look 180 over right shoulder. Be struck. Move to opponent rear on embusen. 29. Pivot 180 on left foot into Seisan dachi, right foot forward. Execute left rising shote strike to opponent's groin, right shote strike to chin, left knee kick, left straight forward punch to solar plexus. Look 90 over right shoulder. Left straight forward kick.
