If you are successful in this position, please describe the ideas, projects and activities you plan to implement for World Archery I plan to work with the committee on any existing projects, I would also love to implement some type of system to encourage more participation in Field and 3D Archery, particularly from nations or groups who are not traditional field or 3D participants. I will also work with other committees across WA on any projects aimed at improving the disciplines of Field and 3D - with the Technical and C&R committees on any rule changes or interpretations to ensure they are fit for purpose and for the betterment of the sport and with the Judges' committee to ensure that Judges are provided with adequate training and information on Field and 3D Archery. If you are successful in this position, please describe the ideas, projects and activities you plan to implement for World Archery I have been very interested in the sport of archery. Since being elected Vice President of the Chinese Archery Association, I have participated in and organized quite a few competitive and leisure events of archery of the Chinese Archery Association. I have made positive suggestions and carried out measures especially and am willing to contribute more to the development of archery in China. My visions are as follows. First, I will fulfill the duty of an Field and 3D Committee Member, compete the tasks assigned by World Archery on time. Second, I will intensify communication with fellow committee members and make positive suggestions to the development of Field and 3D, thus make due contribution to the expansion of the influence of archery. Third, I will promote the popularization of Field and 3D in China, taking the advantage of being VP of the Chinese Archery Association. I will promote the Chinese participation in and bid for major events of World Archery, especially those including Field and 3D competitions.
