1 To be Published Soon Ticket Sold Out, Showing High Enthusiasm of Running Fans Society to Enliven the BFI Run 2017 Medals and Routes of this Event are First Presented to the Participants Jakarta, March 21, The running event to be held by PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk ('BFI Finance') entitled BFI RUN ('Raise Up the Nation') on April 9, 2017, in QBig Mall, BSD City - Sinarmas Land, South Tangerang, met with positive reception from the public. This can be seen from the people s high enthusiasm through the 3,500 sold-out tickets for the entire categories long before the registration deadline. Carrying the theme Run Together, Create Value to build togetherness through the excitement of running together, the BFI RUN 2017 will take place at the same time with the 35 th anniversary of BFI Finance and is held for the second time following the successful event in Different from the first event, at BFI RUN 2017 there will be an additonal category making all become three categories: national 21.1K (half marathon), national 10K, and national 5K. The registration can only be done through online at starting from January 17 until March 31, However, in the early March, all ticket sales have been officially closed due to sold out tickets. The public enthusiasm is quite encouraging for BFI Finance as the organizer due to the fact that to participate in the BFI RUN 2017, the participants must pay registration fee with different amount for each category. "We are enthusiastic about seeing people s high enthusiasm to participate in the upcoming BFI RUN 2017 event. Participants have to pick their money for registration fee, but seeing that tickets are already sold out, this surely is beyond our expectation and at the same time proves the high quality of the upcoming BFI RUN 2017 event, making a lot of running lovers; both from the community and individuals; vye to participate. We are proud because BFI RUN 2017 becomes one to be reckoned by running fans in the city, and we will prove it by holding an orderly, safe, honest, and memorable event for all participants", explained BFI Finance Director of Finance and Information Technology, Sudjono. Continuing the explanation from Sudjono, registration fee for each category in BFI RUN 2017 is as follows: National Half-Marathon (21.1K) Rp400 thousand; National 10K Rp300 thousand, National 5K Rp250 thousand. From the registration fees, each participant will receive a Kappa T-shirt, a Kappa Finisher T-shirt for participants who complete the national half marathon category, finisher medal for participants who finish the race, BIB number, time recording tag, race bag, race guidebook, and an e- Money card worth Rp50 thousand. 2 National category of the three categories contested is only opened for Indonesian Citizen ( WNI ) and winner podium is reserved only for WNI. However, foreign citizens ( WNA ) are allowed to join BFI RUN 2017 but not entitled to occupy the podium so that it will give a great opportunity for WNI to become the winner. On this subject, Director of Retail Finance, Sutadi, commented that by applying the national category, it indirectly opens up an opportunity for running fans to fight for the champion podium. "We are giving an opportunity to all WNI participants to show off being the BFI RUN 2017 champion. Becoming a champion means having a chance to get a prestigious medal that indirectly implies a symbol of the highest achievement ever seized in the prestigious run event held in the city", explained Sutadi further. At most races, it cannot be denied that a finisher medal becomes a trigger for the participants to finish the race within the time specified, though a small part races for a podium. This is because a medal is considered to be a symbol of participants excellence in finishing the race in a specific category. As for a running community, a finisher medal has become a tangible evidence that the achiever is worth recognizing for his/her running ability. Seeing the high euphoria of interest to compete getting this finsiher medal is ultimately the reason for BFI Finance as the organizer of BFI RUN 2017 to design the medals creatively so that the participants can bring them home with pride as a prove of an achievement they have made. On this occasion, BFI Finance introduces to the media two types of medals: finsiher medal and podium medal. In addition to the sample of medal that will be won by the participants who manage to finish the race and also occupy the podium, the BFI Finance also announces the route of BFI RUN 2017 that starts from the parking area of QBig Mall of BSD City, Sinarmas Land, enrouting differently for each category. "For these three routes, besides showing the contour of a different path that can challenge the ability to run physically, all participants at the same time can enjoy the green scenery and cool atmosphere out of the hustle and bustle of congestion in the city as well as being free from smoke pollution.
