2 The 2018 edition of the TCS New York City Marathon will celebrate the 48th anniversary of this world-famous race. Run the Globe is an official Travel Partner, so get your guaranteed entry and cross the finish line in Central Park! The marathon will take you to a grand tour of New York City. Starting on the Verrazano Bridge and finishing in Central Park you will run in every single borough of the Big Apple: Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and of course Manhattan. The day before the marathon a 5K race is organized. You will run exclusively through the streets of Manhattan. And you will finish at the famed Marathon finish line in Central Park. Perfect to run with the whole family! For some people, it is the first and only marathon they would participate in their lives. For others it is a yearly pilgrimage. One thing is true about this race: It is in the hearts of runners all around the world! The TCS New York City Marathon is alongside with Boston, Chicago, Tokyo, Berlin and London one of the Abbot World Marathon Majors. Finishing it gets you closer to the 6-star medal quest! Besides running, how about you try to discover the city that never sleeps? The city has many attractions that you would enjoy visiting. The Statue of Liberty is the first landmark you should visit. Going up the Empire State Building is fun to do as well. And of course Fifth avenue is the best location for shopping!

3 Our Packages: We are proud to be an official tour operator for the race. Therefore, we offer guaranteed entries; however, the number of spots is limited which makes them available on a first come first serve basis. To secure your guaranteed entry to the TCS New York City marathon you need to purchase one of our traveling packages. Our Hotel: We chose to stay at the Hilton Midtown New York. Located perfectly in the heart of the city, you are 5K radius from all the main landmarks of the city. This 5-star hotel is in Midtown, which is 10 mins walking from Central Park (finish line). However, sharing a room would be possible in the case another runner has the same wish. 5 Terms & Conditions: It is your responsibility to read and understand the following terms and conditions. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or need clarification. Book our 2018 TCS New York City Marathon package: To secure your spot, please click the registration site bellow and click the contact us section or us at Payments could be made via Visa, MasterCard, cheque or Interac etransfer within 24 hours after completion of the form. You must read the booking terms and conditions and tick to agree. If you wish to discuss any aspect of the packages, please feel free to contact us. Payment: At the date of registration, the deposit must be payed (consisting of the amount of the guaranteed entry plus half of the cost of the package). The full amount is due 60 days prior the first day of the trip. Booking accommodations: Run the Globe can customize your package if the dates provided in the brochure don t work with your schedule. Airfare is not included in our bundles. Booking Changes: If you wish to change any of your booking once confirmed. An administration fee of $50 will be charged. Prices: All prices in this brochure are correct as at February 2017 and are shown in Canadian dollars (taxes included). Prices are subject to change at any time due to currency fluctuations and until payment is received in full. Unused Services: Refunds will not be provided if due to illness or personal choice you do not utilise part or your entire chosen package. It is advised to apply to insurance on your own. However, in most cases your credit card would cover for this purchase. Services and Obligations: As a non-profit organization, we supply our services consisting of arranging, booking, and co-ordinating travel facilities and services. The actual services and products are provided, supplied or performed by suppliers of travel, entertainment, and accommodation facilities or services (Suppliers). We undertake to perform our services described in clause above with reasonable care and skill. We will not however be liable for any loss or damage which results from the act, default or omissions of any person other than ourselves, our volunteers or agents, or any cause independent of human control. This includes (but is not limited to) loss, or damage which arises directly or indirectly from act of God, weather disruptions, dangers incidental to the sea or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of Governments or other authorities de jure o de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, deaths, acts of terrorism, pilferage, pandemics, quarantines or medical or customs regulations. We will endeavour to provide the most suitable travel arrangements to meet the particular requirements you make known to use. Hotel Credit: Credit card imprints will be required by hotels providing telephone, mini-bar, in-room movies, laundry and other facilities and services that can be charged to guest rooms. These will be required by the hotel at the time of checkin.
