3 Lamp of Knowledge This is one of the highest recognition given to 4-H members. This award is for members in grade 8 or above that have been previously recognized with Medals for their excellent overall project work in four Project areas. Members receiving this award show all-around participation in activities and events. Listed below are the four completed Project Record Books (with all signatures obtained) submitted for consideration for this award. 2. Previously received the Gold Medal in four Project areas. 3.
