After this time, the ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. CONTACT: Pam Jones, Coordinator pamjones1@hotmail.com TOURNAMENT OUTLINE 1. Standard rules sanctioned by Ringette Alberta will be followed. 2. Teams must register in the same division (or a division higher) as indicated on their Provincial Registration Form. 3. Faxed or ed applications are not acceptable--applications are not considered complete without a cashable cheque. Make all cheques payable to the Red Deer Ringette Association dated no later than November 12, Notification regarding tournament acceptance will be sent by by November 14th, 2014 and will also be posted on our website at 5. Your payment will be cashed upon acceptance into the tournament. If a team is not accepted, the cheque will be destroyed, uncashed. If any divisions are oversubscribed teams will be selected by random draw. 6. Game schedules will be posted on the website as soon as they are completed. This should be no later than the second week of December. 7. Absolutely no changes will be made to the draws after the teams have been accepted. 8. Teams in the U10 (All Steps) to U16 (junior) Divisions should be prepared to play their first game at 8:00 a.m. Friday, January 2 nd, With the exception of the U10 Step 1 division, format will be a round robin with a championship game. Each team is guaranteed three games. 10. MINOR OFFICIALS: ALL TEAMS shall supply volunteers (MINOR OFFICIALS) for all round robin games as follows: (Note Home team shall be as designated by game schedule.) i) For all round robin games Home team shall provide skilled Shot Clock operator (for applicable Divisions), ii) For all round robin games EACH team shall provide 2 MINOR OFFICIALS to serve as PENALTY BOX operator, and Score Keeper OR Time Keeper. Red Deer Ringette will provide all MINOR OFFICIALS for FINAL GAMES.

Players are ineligible if they sign more than one provincial team registration form. Exceptions will apply to double-carded AA teams or players who are registered in accordance with Ringette Alberta's affiliated player rules. It is the responsibility of the coach to ensure that their team meets the eligibility requirements and that affiliated player policies are followed. Disqualification could result if tournament rules are not adhered to. If forms are not returned registration will be incomplete and may not be accepted. FOIP FORM PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING, AND INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR REVOCATION OF PERMISSION. Consent for Release of Information: The Freedom of Information Policy (FOIP) requires that we have Parent/Guardian consent in order to post player s name and jersey number if applicable within the pages of our Tournament Program. As well photographs may be taken of game play and/or candid tournament related activities. By signing below you, as the Teams Coach or Manager, acknowledge that you have obtained authorization from your players Parent/Guardian allowing the Red Deer Ringette Association to publish your team s roster and/or photograph(s) in the Tournament Program and that you assume full responsibility of such holding the Red Deer Ringette Association harmless. 5 Red Deer Rebels & KFC Red Deer Rebels (Presented by KFC) and Red Deer Ringette have partnered up. A draw for 2 teams to scrimmage during the intermission of the Red Deer Rebels home game against the Kootenay Ice. The game will be Friday January 2 nd, 2015 at the Enmax Centrium.
