1 COYOTE CONCENTRATION KCYE(FM) CONTEST RULES These rules apply to (Name of Contest) Contest ( Contest ) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a KCYE(FM) ( Station ). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. 1. HOW TO ENTER a. The Contest will begin on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 and end on Friday, March 22, 2019, or when all the prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first. b. To participate in the Contest and enter on-air, listen to the Station weekdays beginning on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 and ending on Friday, March 22, 2019 between the hours of 7:00am Pacific Time ( PT ) and 5:00pm PT for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, caller number seven (7) to the Station contest line at (702) will have the opportunity to win a prize by selecting two (2) numbers from one (1) to one hundred two (102) inclusively, each of those numbers corresponding to squares on the Coyote Concentration game board ( Game Board ). The Game Board is comprised of one hundred two (102) squares in total, numbered one (1) through one hundred two (102). The fifty-one (51) prizes are represented on the Game Board by two (2) designated squares that match, for a total of fifty-one (51) matches. The Contestant will be asked to select one (1) number (1-102) corresponding with one (1) square from the Game Board. The selected square corresponding to the number selected will then be turned over to reveal a picture associated with the selected square, which will then be disclosed on-air. The Contestant then will be asked to select one (1) additional number (1-102) corresponding with one (1) square from the Game Board from the Game Board in an attempt match to the first selected square. The selected square will then be turned over to reveal the picture associated with the selected square, which will then be disclosed on-air. If the Contestant selects two (2) squares that are a match, the Contestant will win the Prize that corresponds to those square. If the Contestant selects two (2) square that do not match, the Contestant will not win a Prize. Once a Contestant selects a square, that selection is final, and the Contestant may not change his or her selection, except that if a Contestant s first selection involves a square that was previously matched, the Contestant will be asked to make another selection until he or she reveals a square that has not been previously matched. If a Contestant s second selection involves a square that was previously matched, the Contestant will not be given another selection and will not receive a Prize. c. Station is not responsible for any failure of a caller to reach the Station contest line including but not limited to busy phone lines, misdirected calls, equipment breakdowns, or disconnections. Calls will only be accepted at the designated phone number. At the time of entrant s call, entrant will be required to provide all

2 information requested including entrant s full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller who successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes the call will have the opportunity to be a Contestant. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to win, but a listener may be a winner only once. d. Listeners may download a Contest Game Board beginning Saturday, February 16, 2019 and ending on Friday, March 22, 2019 at or visit a participating Tropical Smoothie location to receive a Game Board with five (5) revealed squares and which entrants may use to keep track of the squares as part of the Game described above. e. There will be up to a total of fifty-one (51) winners selected in the Contest. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Clark County, Nevada, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, governmentissued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility. 3. PRIZES a. Up to fifty-one (51) prizes will be awarded in the Contest. The prizes will be awarded as described above and no substitutions will be permitted. The amounts of Prize available and their Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) are as follows: Two (2) Five hundred dollars ($500) awarded in the form of a company check issued in the name of the winner. ARV: $ Four (4) Two hundred fifty dollars ($250) awarded in the form of a company check issued in the name of the winner. ARV: $ Five (5) One hundred dollars (corresponding to the Red Square) ($100) awarded in the form of a company check issued in the name of the winner. ARV: $ One (1) One week (seven (7) days, six (6) nights) stay in Hawaii in a Diamond Resorts property (standard room, double occupancy) and roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1)

ARV: $ As applicable: - Actual value may vary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Certain travel restrictions may apply. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and additional ground transportation, baggage fees, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, and local and long-distance telephone calls are the responsibility of the winner. Selection of airline, hotel, and airline seat location at sole discretion of Station and/or prize provider. Airline regulations apply. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, passports for international travel. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner s stay. Winner and guest must abide by all airline, hotel, and venue policies. The winner and guest must sign all required releases prior to booking of any travel. If winner is unwilling or unable to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Station s sole discretion. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station and prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s). No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If winner chooses to take the trip without a guest, s/he will be awarded the prize elements for one person only, and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. - The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift card. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen. - The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption,

6 postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. b. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 2920 S. Durango Dr., Las Vegas, Nevada, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. 4. SELECTION OF WINNERS a. Up to fifty-one (51) winners will be selected and notified on-air as described above. b. Odds of winning depend in part upon the number and order of calls received. c. Entrants must listen to the Station but do not need to be present to enter or win. d. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within twenty-four (24) hours of winning, or risk disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting) onair at the sole discretion of the Station. e. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. 5. CONDITIONS a.
