Thank you to everyone who came! Officers were elected, the Spring meeting date was set, a new rule was voted on, and awards were given out. Meriah and Briana did a great job picking out awards and setting up the banquet. Please continue to keep Lola updated on lifetime earnings and any money won since October 1 st (or since the last time you updated her). I have included the 2016 Membership form. Please notice that the Newsletter will no longer be mailed out unless it is requested (circle yes or no). I will still it to everyone on my list. This is in an effort to cut our costs. Also, please print legibly and feel free to write on the back or in any blank space if you need to correct or clarify. Sometimes our letters start out bigger than the space allows I got an before the banquet on Sunday, but did not check it until Sunday night. In it was a note for Most Inspirational I put her note below. Thank you to everyone for being a 2015 IEBRA Member! Emmy Beckedahl IEBRA Treasurer & Newsletter Winter Meeting: Sunday, January Round Table Pizza 1908 W Francis Ave, Spokane, WA :00pm I would like to let you know that for an inspirational person that would be Pat Heckart. I first met her years ago through a mutual friend and barrel racer. She always made me feel included. I always admired the way she presents herself with class and kindness. Her horses always looking the same. She has great sportsmanship. A great example of a good competitor. There have been times that I haven t seen her for years but yet she doesn t hesitate to stop and share some time with me when I do see her. I have a lot of respect for her and feel blessed to know her. - IEBRA Member

2 Page 2 New Rule: NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks: Any person who writes a NSF check to IEBRA will be charged a $25 fee in addition to any bank fees and the value the check was written for. The person who paid with the NSF check will not be allowed to race with IEBRA until all fees are paid in cash (postal money order if sent through the mail). The Treasurer will notify the responsible party of the NSF check about all fees that need to be paid. Dependent upon the situation and with approval of the Board, the responsible party can be restricted to cash only as future payment to IEBRA. IEBRA Standings As Of Final OPEN 1.
